We've been launching precisely in time. Dev teams did an overall check for each release until we can make sure that no major defects found. Outcome reflecting in smoothly and Less-Lags of application.

HIRUN uses the Mentor method, so it's suitable for us. We work as the same teams, PM keeps monitoring and Strategies planning, sometimes PM will involve in the module that DEV not familiar with. We connect overseas via Skype and Google Meets & Google's Online Platform. with remote and sharing functions enable us to work faster and precisely.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Fast response, HIRUN respond to all requests and do answer in meantime. They erase all our doubts with clear explanations and advise us on the best plans for the future.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In creativity, we didn't see much creativity from HIRUN. Due to project structure, my company has to draft all required modules on our plan and pathways. So, this may limit HIRUN creativity to show how much their potential is acquired.

A robust Online education system which is easy, interactive and affordable for most of users. A system which incorporates latest technology and uses internet as a medium of communication.

We had discussion with many different vendors for this project. It took us 2/3 months to review all the quotations and reviewing submitted data from different vendors. HIRUN Technology has provided the best quote and their documentation and understanding towards this project was far better than other competitors.

Its a Online Education system/E-book application. All the users of this system can participate in different ways. You can only be reader or Reader and contribute or reader and seller. This application will also be used in Online teaching systems.

It's a robust Online education system which is easy, interactive and affordable for most of users. This system incorporates latest technology and uses internet as a medium of communication.

What was the team composition?

Initially we have assigned with Business Analysist to collect overall requirements. After that we have been presented with clickable Wireframe. We modified Wireframe 2/3 times and finally approved it. We were given UI/UX designer to finalize GUI concept.

For Final GUI, we got clickable GUI which gives similar feeling to working app. Finally we have given 1 Android Native designer, 1 iOS Native designer, 1 database designer, 1 Project manager, 1 dedicated Customer Support/Key account manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have given very tough target to HIRUN Technology to launch our first version of app in 10 days. It was remarkable that they have achieved this target by flying colours. This made us build our reputation in front of our customer and benefited us in other project from same customer.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The assigned project manager is very easy to communicate. He quickly understand requirements and align team to proactively finish pending activities. Till now we don't feel any discomfort in communication.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There are some improvements required in work flow but that is mutual. Every organization has its own working culture. Till now we have not seen any points where we can point out HIRUN Technology as area of improvements.

To measures both static and dynamic parameters using IoT and Automation to deliver accurate irrigation solutions for the crop production cycle.

They’ve been great. The tools we use to collaborate are Skype, email, and JIRA. We also use Google Docs and Sheets to organize different phases of the project and feedbacks.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They’re great with communication and organization. Anytime we bring a feature request to them, they study it and provide detailed estimates. They’re very transparent and flexible in that process. They provide very detailed reports on the time they’ve spent on the project.

I'm impressed by their willingness to put in extra hours and respond to questions and issues quickly.

We are trying to develop smart home concept in market. This solution can work over ZigBee, Open Thread, MQTT(For small footprint devices) over WiFi or Bluetooth. You can easily pair devices using NFC out of the band paring.

We found them via my network. We had discussions over Skype and their knowledge were very good in desired area. They were also competitive price wise.

Overall project is build around Smart home concept. You can use all the devices in home to connect to central network to monitor and control. Cloud based solution and mobile application gives flexibility to user to be mobile but connected.

We are given Business Analyst in first step. We worked with them and finalized entire flow. We got Wire frames and then we got development team engagement. Mostly everything worked according to software project development life cycle using agile.

We had working MVP solution just after few months of development. MVP gave us a huge push to get more customer and show our strength. We got 3 different customer due to MVP and rapid prototyping.

Communication was easy with HIRUN Technology due to experienced engineers. They are using standard tools and methodology for development.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their knowledge on embedded systems, IoT, sensors and rapid prototyping and application development. I must say that adapting rapid changes in requirement was also easy with them due to agile and scrum practice on their side.

No one is perfect. Every one has areas of improvements. I did not see any substantial to point it out in my experience with them.

I have spent many days looking for Thai freelance. But no one used alibaba cloud, so I decided to search on google that Top Web Developers in Thailand found many companies "Hello, I want to install phpbb in alibaba cloud, do not know how much it costs?" Is the words that I sent to the company that Google recommended There are some companies that don't answer me at all. But most suggest that I go to find a freelance is better. He said that the job is too small.

But unbelievably, HIRUN TECHNOLOGY sent me a response to agree to install phpbb in the alibaba cloud. I am very happy. If anyone wants a website but doesn't have a lot of money, I recommend HIRUN TECHNOLOGY.
