Commonly Asked Questions

Hire With Near helps US companies hire top-tier remote talent in Latin America through full-service recruitment and staffing services. We connect companies with high-performing professionals across finance, accounting, customer support, operations, sales, marketing, IT, data, AI, design, and engineering. We handle everything from sourcing to vetting to payroll and compliance, so you can build teams where people stick around and help your company win.

If a role can be performed remotely, Hire With Near can help you fill it with A-players in Latin America. We help US companies hire talent in Latin America across finance & accounting (accountants, controllers, financial analysts), sales and marketing (SDRs, account managers, SEO specialists), customer support (success managers, support reps), operations (project managers, executive assistants), and IT, data and engineering (software engineers, DevOps specialists, ML engineers, data analysts, product managers). Most companies start with one function and expand once they see results.

US companies save an average of $35,000 to $64,000 annually per hire when they hire talent in Latin America through Hire With Near. It typically costs 30% to 70% less to hire in Latin America compared to hiring US-based professionals for equivalent roles. Savings vary depending on the position, skillset, and experience level, but the cost advantage is consistent across functions.

Hire With Near offers two flexible pricing models depending on how you want to structure the employment relationship: - Recruitment model: One-time placement fee if you want to hire directly and manage payroll yourself through an EOR or your own systems. - Staffing model: Monthly payment (candidate salary plus our fee) where Hire With Near handles payroll, benefits, and compliance for you. Both models include the same rigorous vetting, shortlisting, and candidate presentation process. With our transparent pricing model, you always know exactly what your hire earns and what goes to Hire With Near. There are no hidden markups or surprises. And you never pay until you make a hire.

Yes, Hire With Near helps you build your own team. The talent works directly for you, not for Hire With Near or a third-party company. When you hire in Latin America through Hire With Near, you’re building for permanence. These professionals join your daily standups, use your tools, and integrate fully into your culture. Knowledge compounds and teams get stronger over time. If you’ve tried outsourcing before, the professionals remain the vendor’s employees, rotate between projects, and you have limited control over their work priorities or career development. But when you hire through Hire With Near, you are hiring dedicated teammates.
