The only point of feedback I would provide to the company would be to do some research as to local employment practices, so that they are able to advise clients on what sort of raises employees might be expecting, and what typical raise and bonus percentages are in various countries.

They do charge a recurring fee that you'll be paying for the entire time you are working with one of their placed people... unless you opt to "buy out" the contract, which amounts to paying for the fee for a year. It gave me pause because I thought you had to make that decision up front and hope the person works out if you want to pay the fee upfront. Turns out you can go a few months and then do the "buy out" - problem solved.
