We needed to find a nearshore paralegal with patent and IP experience and a legal assistant with fluent English.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hire With Near has been tasked with finding Latin and South American talent that can fill the role of IP paralegal and legal assistant for the purpose of handling US-related legal matters involving corporate, IP, and other legal matters in the US. The team has handled identifying candidates, prevalidating them, and preparing video previews with each candidate so we can get a feel for them even before the video interview portion. Hire With Near has also coordinated the interviews and the onboarding process.

They’ve also helped them find games, post to social media, help with customer service, manage schedules for people on the team, and post our programs when our front desk staff is busy helping in-person clients. As a result, our team can focus on helping in-person clients, and we can reliably post on social media and WhatsApp and reply to customers via email on a regular basis.
