We hired a paid media specialist to boost demand and a BDR for the outbound team to lead lead generation efforts. They sourced highly qualified candidates. They are quick to present candidates and have a thorough vetting process. This process includes sending you videos of the candidates, allowing you to observe how they present themselves, answer technical questions, and display their personality before you decide to move forward with an interview.

The process is highly efficient. Each new hire projefct begins with a Zoom meeting to thoroughly review the job description. Next, sample candidates are provided to confirm alignment with the role. Within 5-7 days, the first batch of candidates is presented, each accompanied by a recorded video response to interview questions. This vetting process enables quick, effective pre-evaluation without requiring a meeting. Additionally, they manage scheduling and offer letter presentation.
