We hired a paid media specialist to boost demand and a BDR for the outbound team to lead lead generation efforts. They sourced highly qualified candidates. This process includes sending you videos of the candidates, allowing you to observe how they present themselves, answer technical questions, and display their personality before you decide to move forward with an interview.

This vetting process enables quick, effective pre-evaluation without requiring a meeting. Additionally, they manage scheduling and offer letter presentation.

With Hire with Near identifying and pre-vetting experienced marketing manager candidates from their Latin American talent pool and presenting multiple qualified options within 2 weeks; candidate interviews and selection, where Hire with Near coordinates initial screening interviews while Mavka Capital conducts final interviews and makes the hiring decision; background verification and compliance, ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met for international hiring.
The project timeline spans approximately five weeks, with candidate sourcing and screening in weeks 1-2, final interviews and decision in week 3-4, and the employee starting in week 5 with ongoing Hire with Near support.
