Jordan's proposal and initial designs were so good that we started the project sooner than anticipated.

Jordan started with upgrading our logo so we could immediately begin using the new branding. After that, he had us mark up some initial website designs, and set the desired organization and content before he went into the full design.

Our website is now very professional, fast, and we have gotten a lot of compliments on it from clients and vendors.

Excellent. Jordan is very accessible, and goes the extra mile to explain concepts in videos so you can watch them over again if you need to understand what is really being discussed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive aspect of Hire Jordan Smith is the eye for design. He has a great working knowledge of branding, creating the sophisticated look we were so sorely lacking.

There seemed to be a large measurable impact upon the amount of phone calls and emails that I recieved after Jordan performed the Web design and web hosting service. I would estimate the impact at around a 400% increase in customers looking for my services.

Jordan used in person, email, and video chat platforms to communicate. He is obviously tech savvy and utilized today's communication methods effectively and in a timely manner.

His experience in "computer language" and web design is apparent. His personableness and communication skills are top notch.

Perhaps a clear description of pricing, outlined on paper or email, for different aspects of his services. For instance, a tiered chart showing bullet points of services offered and costs--including ongoing costs such as web hosting.
