Jordan designed, developed, launched, and currently maintains the website for the Defense Tech Underground podcast. He went from website idea/outline to a fully fledged, functional site in just a matter of weeks. He built out the website in its entirety, including color and branding, and makes timely updates as needed. He led all stages of the design and development process and built an amazing final product. He also provides the ongoing security and maintenance for the site.

Jordan built an amazing website that advertises the podcast, provides information on the podcast, and hosts individual episodes. The website provides a landing page to access the podcast, links to social media and podcast platforms, and background on the podcast and team. The website is clean, functional, and intuitive to the user, and we're extremely happy with the outcome.

Jordan was highly responsive and communicative during every stage of the design and development. He was extremely patient through multiple stages of iteration and was very responsive to questions, additions, and edits. He provided thoughtful feedback and guidance based on his expertise, and is very proactive about updating the site and communicating with us as needed.

We engaged a marketing company to help with branding, and they also developed an outline of what needed to change in our website redesign.  Jordan took their concepts and turned them into the updated website redesign, including graphics, layout, site optimization, and ongoing updates for SEO conversion.

We needed a website redesign to have a better impact on prospects and SEO.  Jordan did that and managed our hosting to improve our performance.  He also installed tools to let us design new pages easier and on our own.  Whenever we've needed help, he is quick to do the work and often provides a video showing how to do it  the future so we can make small updates on our own.

Jordan keeps us updated on the status of deliverables and uses online tools to share designs and get feedback. His communication is clear and prompt, and the work is always high quality.

Jordan provides personalized service.  The work is very high quality, fast, efficient, and cost-effective.  You can trust Jordan to always do the right thing, and he treats our company as his own. If an issue comes up after hours on a holiday, he addresses it and does not defer until the next business day.  Responsive and professional.

Jordan is great - nothing to offer in terms of improvement.  And if there was, he always takes the feedback and addresses it.  Just a pleasure to work with.

As pages were designed, he sent me a link to see them. As edits were made, I could always visit the link and see the status of any requested changes.

He delivered all items in a timely manner. The only time there were delays, it was him waiting on me to provide needed information. We had regular online meetings and were in constact contact via email.

He houses my site and makes sure all is up-to-date and running smoothly. If I have requests for tweaks or revisions, he does so promptly. If he's busy and can't tend to my last-minute requests, he communicates with me about a time that works. He's very reasonable, kind, respectful, creative, and reliable.

A site that is displayed just how I wanted runs smoothly and gives me little to no issues.

We had an initial discussion on my price range and what exactly I was looking to accomplish. Jordan then advised me on a few different things because I am not that knowledgeable. Jordan then moved to creating a template for me to look over to ensure that's the exact design I wanted. Hire Jordan Smith also scheduled meetings with me to discuss and go over how to operate website from the admin side. Jordan provided me with videos explaining how to utilize both Square for payment and WooCommerce. Hire Jordan Smith provided a lot of one on one meetings with me to ensure I understood every aspect especially with shipping and shipping costs, they provided me with guidance the entire time. I know still use Hire Jordan Smith for the maintenance for my website.

Jordan's ability to understand what i am askign for even though I do not speak "technology". I awkwardly would ask for something and he would intuitively know exactly what i wanted and then quickly make it happen.

He consistently expressed that he wanted the website to reflect my goals and the culture of my work, which it absolutely does.
