What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re still in the implementation phase, so we don’t have measurable results to report just yet. Our focus has been on building the CRM foundation, establishing contact segments, and setting up automated workflows and newsletters. Once everything is fully operational, we’ll be able to better track engagement, communication consistency, and overall effectiveness.One early benefit is that the CRM is helping me stay organized and identify clients we haven’t been in touch with consistently. It gives me better visibility into who needs follow-up and helps ensure those relationships don’t fall through the cracks. While we’re still getting everything set up, it’s already helping me be more proactive and intentional with client communication.

If anything, I would’ve appreciated a little more accountability and encouragement to keep things moving on my end. Their team has been very patient and accommodating, but having more structured deadlines and proactive check-ins might’ve helped me move through the implementation process a little faster.

Highway 9 developed a content marketing campaign to build awareness of Panther Fluids’ experience with carbon capture and Class VI well projects. The work centered on a series of 10 original and curated technical blog posts covering CCUS technology, regulations, projects, and drilling support. The team also created a landing page and HubSpot pillar page that organized the content into one resource. They optimized the content for search, added calls to action, promoted the series through our quarterly email newsletter, and developed more than 30 posts for LinkedIn and Facebook.
