Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a talent resourcing company based in the UK. We support businesses in identifying and sourcing top talent within the technology sector focussing on consultancy and new technology change. I work across resourcing and marketing for the business.

For what projects/services did your company hire Hieker?

As a company we had not reviewed or updated our website since it was initially designed 10 years ago. It was not fit for purpose and did not connect well with our brand vision within technology.

We needed a new look website to fit with our brand and to offer a signposting option for our customers and clients. We did not have the technical expertise in house to redesign the website.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted our website to visually offer a technology experience and to provide a signposting and engaging user focused view. We needed the website to be easily maintained once set up and for the user to immediately be able to understand our company expertise.

SOLUTION

How did you select Hieker?

Our project was completed via a funding stream and so the project was sent out to tender. Hieker were very thorough in their tender document and offered excellent value for money and technical expertise.

Describe the project in detail.

As we were not located in the same country, all communication was carried out via email, googlemeet, phone or messaging. This was very effective and Hieker were extremely responsive to our needs and the very tight timeframe for the project.

I personally worked very closely with Hieker to ensure the project was not delayed from our side and very comprehensive support and design creation was offered by Hieker including content and design ideas.

What was the team composition?

We were allocated one point of contact throughout the whole process which was very effective and efficient. Kartik was extremely helpful and skilled in his work and enabled a smooth and high quality project to be completed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was completed on time and to a very high standard. All aspects required ensured that the website has been created to impact positively on our marketing plan and ensure that our brand and website are aligned.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project was managed well by Hieker - they took control with the communication and this was excellent and very thorough. It was a very tight timeframe and all expectations were met including support above and beyond the original brief.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I have been thoroughly impressed with the work that Hieker have completed and the technical knowledge that Kartik had. The high level of skill and speed at which the project was delivered was excellent and would be hard to beat. Communication levels are top quality and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, I found the whole process a great experience and I am very happy with the final result.

I am the Managing Director at Jyoti Group of Companies. Our subsidiary companies are Jyoti Developers, Jyoti Associates, and Jyoti Industries.

We were looking to build a country wide identity for our companies. We are in the industry since almost 30 years. We were facing difficulties in finding leads and establish our identity for our new projects. We chose Hieker to help us with digital marketing, lead generation, and branding requirements.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to increase property bookings on our newly development real estate projects. In doing so, we were looking to create a unique identity which would be appealing to the luxury property investors.

Our team researched and shortlisted a few agencies with offices in Nagpur, India. We were very impressed by the portfolio and strategies presented by Hieker during their proposal. Their past experiences, research, and understanding of the local Indian culture, made us firm about choosing Hieker for our needs.

After we selected Hieker, we had a series of meetings to discuss our goals and strategies. Hieker team focused on understanding the needs of our ideal customer being luxury property owners, and making strategies accordingly.

After that, Hieker helped us develop an advertising plan that included traditional, and digital media. They worked with us to design creatives for newspaper, TV, and social media ads along with several lead generation strategies.

What was the team composition?

I've worked closely with Kartik who led the Indian team of Hieker. Kartik, along with his team of 5 experts, make our project successful.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In comparison to our revenue before Hieker, we have increase our revenue by 370% with impressive lead generation campaigns that Hieker ran. Visits in our offices increased by over 300%, thanks to our creatives in Newspapers, TV, and local media.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Along with our project manager, I worked closely with Hieker team. We connected and had meetings several times a month to implement new strategies and get updates on the existing ones. Overall, I was impressed by the creatives and strategies that Hieker used to help our business expand state-wide.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was blown away by the creatives and marketing strategies for our newly constructed real estate mega-project. We're learning more than we expected, and we appreciate the Hieker team's thoughtfulness and collaborative efforts.

We have worked with six agencies in the past, but we never experienced the energy and talent that Hieker's team had. I will certainly use Hieker again for our branding and marketing needs in our future projects.

The goal of the project was to create a fresh, engaging and modern Astrology website and assist us Google PPC, Facebook Ads, Google Display Ads and Youtube Ads.

I worked closely with the client manager who assisted me with all of my needs.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Previous to having an online presence, we were receiving 1-3 inquiries a day however now, with a fresh web presence and powerful marketing strategy Hieker has implemented for us, we are getting close to 50-60 inquiries a day.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I would say it was very effective and smooth. We are very happy with the work done and communications.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I would say the talent that they have hired. We were able to fulfill all of our needs in a more cost-effective way than we would have without them.
