Hey Reliable was hired to design and develop a website for my business, www.adhddegree.co.uk, which offers ADHD coaching, assessments, and resources for students and young professionals. The project scope included creating a fully functional and visually appealing website that prioritized an exceptional user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).

Key deliverables included:

Website Design: Crafting a bold, modern, and accessible design tailored to my target audience of students and young professionals.

The website Reliable delivered has had a huge impact on my business. The design and functionality have exceeded expectations, and the site launched on time and within budget.

Since the launch, I’ve received great feedback from users about how easy it is to navigate and how professional it looks. I’ve also noticed an increase in inquiries and bookings, which shows the site is doing exactly what I needed it to—connecting with my audience effectively.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Reliable could have done differently?

Honestly, there’s very little I’d suggest for improvement. If anything, I would have appreciated having more video meetings during the process, but that’s more on me as I didn’t specifically ask for them. Despite this, their communication was excellent—they were always extremely responsive and quick to address any questions or requests.

Overall, Hey Reliable did a fantastic job, and I felt supported throughout the entire project. They delivered exactly what I needed and more.

I’m the owner and creative director of Sarott Design. We are an advertising agency that does brand strategy as well as print and digital work.

A bunch of our clients needed to have their website designed. My staff was working on different kinds of media, but we needed somebody who had expertise in web development and design, so I went to Reliable.

Reliable designed our client’s website on Figma. They first created all of the visual properties and elements on the platform and built an HTML website out of that. The team then took that site onto WordPress.

We began the project in September 2015 and we’re still working with Reliable.

My clients are very happy with Reliable’s work. We have a high satisfaction on top of a very quick turnaround time.

They’re impeccable when it comes to sticking to the budget and timelines. We manage the project using Teamwork and communicate through email. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Reliable is just a pleasure to work with. They’re always so nice and friendly that it helps me improve my customer service towards my clients. Whenever they ask for something crazy, I’m able to assure them that I can take a look at it even when it’s not related to my business. Reliable just has a great customer service attitude.

I don’t have any constructive feedback. I think it could help them, though, to have a checklist to ensure they have as much information as possible before they get started with a project.

Give Reliable as much information upfront as possible, even if it means waiting a bit longer before getting started. This is to make sure that they understand the project that they’re going to be working on. Their team is very talented, accommodating, and friendly, so appreciate that they are experts in what they do and allow them to do what they do best.

For a brand new application, we were looking for professionals who could help us to quickly turn the design into the markup, so the javascript team can start building components and interactions. I got to Reliable by a recommendation from my friend. We had an initial conversation, we agreed on the key points (time, scope and cost), our team ran the technical interviews, all dots got connected.

We started with few key pages, and then extended the work to other parts of the application. The design was done in Figma, the app is written on React.js / Typescript. The UI is based on Semantic-UI.

The main work was done by an HTML/CSS Engineer, working full time for us.

The engineer filled the gap between the design and typescript developers. The pipeline of deliverables allowed the team to focus on the react aspects instead of dealing with markup and CSS.

The engineer was fully integrated into the processes, we run scrum with 2 week sprints, daily sync-ups. The communication was a combination of interactive (video calls) and offline (JIRA, email).

Great communication, a pleasure to do business with. They are a team of professional engineers who know the drill and can easily integrate into an existing team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No complains.

In general, they help us do more because it gives us free time to focus on other parts of development — I’m able to work on more projects, so more projects come in.

How did Reliabe perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re always up to date, send statuses, communicate timelines, and deliver as they say they’ll do — They’re fantastic. They adhere to schedule while communicating with us via Slack, Skype, email, and a project management system they have.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Other providers don’t prove their work and hand sloppy deliverables, but everything with Reliabe is well done and makes my job easier — their work is always QA’d and ready to go for me. The quality of their services is noticeable since the first round, so there’s no need to do multiple feedback sessions — that’s very important to me, and I appreciate their process of being able to get everything right the first time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on. 

Any advice for potential customers?

They can deliver work to you as long as you have reasonable expectations. Also, the more information you provide, the better the job will be. They’re pretty sharp, so they also take things that I don’t say and get them done as well.

They’re reliable and we’re happy with their work. The quality has been good. Because of them, we’re able to work with a single company that solves all of our needs, instead of needing a freelancer for different tasks. 

How did ReliablePSD perform from a project management standpoint?

We don’t take time to control their work, we just give it to them and trust they’ll do what we need. We’re then able to focus on our business. They’re really reliable and do what they have to do.

The communication between our teams is good. ReliablePSD knows what we need and they predict our tasks. They always keep to the deadlines and will call extra specialists outside their company if need help keeping to the deadlines.

I don’t know them too closely, but they’re friendly. They’re reliable and we’re comfortable working with them.

Their price could be better.

In the beginning, it wasn’t easy for us because we didn’t know each other and there were some negotiations. My advice is to spend some time understanding them.

Before they calculate a price for you, they have to understand whether you’re interested in partnering with them. Emailing for a price for a website doesn’t work — it’s about negotiations and coming to understand each other.
