We needed help with our Google Ads and SEO. Instead of sponsored ads, we were trying to get to number one in Google organically.

Hexapoint provides us with SEO and Google Ads services. The team has been using specific keywords that pertain to our practice and putting what's on our website in H1 tags. When we began the engagement, they also handled website maintenance and management.

We had been through multiple companies, and Hexapoint was our fifth company since 2020.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working together since May 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Hexapoint has brought us from page four or five to page one for most things. The team has done a great job with our SEO. Hexapoint provides monthly analytics reports for all our key categories; they've shown us where we were a month or two ago and where we are now, and it's just been getting better.

How did Hexapoint perform from a project management standpoint?

We give them a budget and tell them what we need to stay at. Sometimes they need to go over budget if we have a campaign that we're working on and need more hours. We establish deadlines, and Hexapoint is good at delivering.

We usually communicate via Slack, text, and calls, and have monthly calls to discuss things. The team is good at responding quickly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Hexapoint has been very excited to partner with us and listen to our needs. The team is super easy to reach, and Hexapoint has been assertive, making us feel like they were the ones for us.

They could be a little bit better at meeting deadlines.
