Hepta did a fantastic job at understanding the brief. They swiftly aligned the project well and worked closely to make sure the website was developed to our design files. Not just that but they consulted us during the launch phase, with complete assistance on taking the website live. They played a major role in supporting us on technical website issues post launch as well. This has helped us close orders smoothly.

Everything’s been perfect. HEPTA’s expertise, recommendations, strategy and technology expertise made it a lot easier for us. The success of the project can be attributed to the seamless completion of tasks and effective communication among team members. 

Since we’re all over the country, there are some time challenges, but they’ve been able to communicate effectively and deliver on time. We have no complaints about getting in touch; it’s been an excellent experience.

The website came up pretty well in terms of aesthetics and brand essence (5 on 5). The load time reduced to about less than 4 sec, and the lead generation got a significant boost after we relaunched the website.

At the start it took some time to synch up the workflow and timelines, but eventually the project went smooth

We had a very strong reference for Hepta and after meeting their team and founder we realised that our vision and ideas matched. The first meeting with their team helped us see our company in ways that we hadn't thought of previously.

After the initial meetings wherein we received 5 different themes/ ideas, we locked in on an idea which we thought worked best for our brand. Post the approval we worked on the website and a series of user friendly designed were shared with us. We went back and forth with regards to the structure of the website due to our business being very technical and ultimately arrived on a structure that worked wonderfully.

In total, we worked with 3 people including a project manager, there was 1 website designer and 1 branding expert.

The rebranding and website has worked very well for our company. We receive numerous enquiries through our website both domestic and international. Since we website is so user friendly the customer already knows what products they need rather than having to ask us for recommendations.

A primary reason for us selecting Hepta was the ease of working with them which was evident post the first few meetings . Their team was always available on call, even post office hours at times. The whole process was structured and to the point which made the whole process stress free.

We had incorporated unique QR codes on our product packaging. Scanning the QR code will take you to the product specific recipe's micro site. The project involved creating more than unique 60 QR codes for the products and mapping them on the website. The customers can also view recipes in multiple languages converted directly from the website.

while Sweta was available on over a call almost anytime, we had weekly calls, and timelines and the next steps exchanged over mails. Work was shared in presentations from our side while the o/p was shared as links to test and approve from the HEPTA team

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It’s true that a picture speaks a thousand words, the picture being the website created (with love) by team HEPTA; but would still take this opportunity to appreciate the work that has gone behind creating this picture. While the aesthetics could be subjective, the effort put in by the team is definitely quantifiable and applaudable. It was rare to have a team with skills, understanding, patience, and adaptability.

The team picked up the brief quiet well along with the functional aspects of the category. While the TAT was acceptable, they still managed to improve it when shrunk the launch timelines due to a change on internal plans. Not to mention, the reduced TAT did not result in any errors or increase in iterations or denial for any last-minute improvisations.

In fact, the response time was infectious enough to motivate our internal teams to close this a renewed zeal. It was genuinely a great experience where the 2 teams worked seamlessly to deliver a common goal – a great website. With this, we could reveal to our organization on our annual day a day before Diwali.

I was put in touch via a friend, and at that time I was hooked on to their simple, caring very futuristic view which even I did not envision but believed in. That sold me and I was working on a budget, they fit everything in and till date the transitions even within the company since so many years has never affected the quality of my work. I feel I work with the same people I met when I first met them.

It was seamless. I had a certain set of questions put to me - i was expecting a cookie-cutter outcome given my budget and explanations - but being the writer I am - it helped that I was very detailed about what I wanted. They delivered more than I expected right from the creation of the logo to my colors and layouts.

Within 2 drafts I was going live with what I wanted and we even did an overhaul in between for the design. Once again they respected my expected compensations and within 1 draft revision I wAs on my way to a new website.

I set out to create an online version of me which would resonate my personality. It was achieved in less than 3 years and today I can safely say I am one of a kind when people search my personal and online profiles together.
