The scope included implementing a centralised monitoring and ticketing system, moving to a secure cloud infrastructure, and conducting a thorough audit of our current systems. Additionally, HelpDesk Heroes updated our disaster recovery and backup procedures and added cutting-edge threat detection tools to our network. They became our main managed IT service provider after implementation, guaranteeing regular maintenance, round-the-clock monitoring, and a defined escalation procedure for any issues.

We have noticed a noticeable increase in system responsiveness and performance since working with HelpDesk Heroes. Up to now, we have received only commendations for the outcomes produced by HelpDesk Heroes and its team.  With their unique skillset and extensive experience, they introduced us to additional design concepts and views we had not considered.  They have shown a growth mindset by adapting to our needs while maintaining a focus on delivery, unlike other companies we have worked with in the past.

As a result, our cloud infrastructure cost decreased by over 80%. We went from paying over $5,000 per year to just $1,000 in total yearly costs. Now, IT isn’t a problem for us anymore.
