Desired Outcomes: High Quality Prototype Beautiful, Intuitive UI Scalable Architecture Cyvatar needed assessments containing hundreds of questions distilled into a set of user-friendly templates and capabilities built on consumer-facing best practices from StichFix and others.

UX and UI requirements in addition to all of the rapidly scaling integrations so that users would have an easy, enjoyable experience from the outset, rather than just a technologically sound solution peppered with friction and other evident flaws.

Hello Iconic was brought in to tackle a client assignment that involved advanced troubleshooting and fixing the code base of a commercial fintech application to get the tracking functioning correctly. Despite not having full access to the code base, they remarkably managed to solve the issue with a fix that could be deployed to production. An incredible team—there are few others who could have pulled this off. We’re truly grateful to have Hello Iconic in our corner.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We successfully implemented the SDK to track our marketing activities across all channels. With this code deployment, we can now accurately track and optimize our customer acquisition costs, something that wasn’t possible before.

They delivered on time and went above and beyond when we encountered what seemed like a potential permanent roadblock. They were responsive, patient, and ultimately found a solution for both us and the client.

They have a large bench of development talent that we're able to tap into during the project. They are large yet nimble and showed us personalized service. Unlike many other software companies, I felt heard and served, and not like a number.

They could have billed us more when we reached our resource limit with the project, but they kept going and figured it out.
