There has been some errors in the past that did hurt the business for abit but I believe we are past that and they've learned from prior mistakes. I don't see any current areas of improvement needed.

We now have clean data and confidence that our website, SEO efforts, and advertising campaigns are all working together consistently and accurately. HeliSEO has helped us identify and fix a number of backend issues that could have impacted both user experience and reporting accuracy. For example, they've helped us streamline the structure of our website, implement proper redirects, and resolve broken pages and 404 errors. This ensures that users and search engines are reaching the correct content instead of running into dead ends. They've also helped align our SEO and Google Ads efforts across multiple brands so that tracking, landing pages, and user journeys are more consistent from start to finish. Their focus isn't just on driving traffic; it's on making sure the entire digital ecosystem is functioning properly so we can trust the data we're using to make decisions.It's still too early for us to directly attribute improvements in conversions, lead quality, or search rankings to these changes, as many of the technical and tracking updates have been implemented recently. However, one thing we appreciate about HeliSEO is their commitment to accuracy and transparency.In fact, some of the changes they've recommended were expected to make our data look worse before it looked better because we were operating with inflated or inaccurate conversion reporting. Rather than optimizing campaigns around questionable data, they've focused on creating a more reliable foundation for measurement and decision-making.That level of honesty has built a lot of trust with our team. While the immediate result hasn't been higher reported conversion numbers, we now have greater confidence that the data we're seeing is accurate and that future optimizations will be based on real performance rather than inflated metrics. As these changes mature, we fully expect them to have a positive impact on lead quality, conversion performance, and overall search visibility, but we're still in the early stages of that process.We're already seeing early indicators that the improvements in data quality are helping us make better decisions. One of the biggest benefits has been having greater confidence in our reporting across multiple brands. We're now getting a clearer picture of what is actually performing, what content is ranking, and where opportunities exist within our market.The improved visibility has allowed us to identify which products, categories, and service lines are generating genuine interest versus what may have appeared successful due to incomplete or inaccurate tracking. As a result, we're able to make more informed decisions about where to focus our marketing efforts, content strategy, and advertising investment.
