Design and manage GoTo VOIP Phone System. Helion setup the entire system, created the call flow per out requests, ordered and had delivered all needed equipment and was onsite for a few days when the system went live to train employees and to install the phones. Helion has managed the same system for several years.

System has been up and running for several years now with very little downtime and Helion is alwys there when an issue would arise and they would remedy the issue quickly.

Helion Technologies has consistently been on top of their game on every project we have undertaken. Project management was great and very responsive to all of our needs.

We have been with Helion for over a decade and they have always delivered what they promised. Whenever there might be an issue thay have worked quickly to come up with a solution.
