I’m an Associate of Riverside Group, a specialized consultancy for upselling and cross-selling insurance to existing customers of large, international insurance companies. I manage marketing support.

We work with Sheer Digital regularly on a range of marketing projects. On this occasion, we wanted to create a new e-book to inform insurance executives about the value of personalized customer communication in the digital age.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a striking document we could use to attract targeted prospects and gain their email addresses, which we’d use to move them through our sales funnel.

We provided Sheer Digital with a written brief that described objectives, which they used to create their own design, imagery, and layout. They also factored in the Riverside corporate identity to create a theme that appealed to contemporary insurance marketing executives who focused on digital communications.

What was the team composition?

As usual, I worked with Sheer Digital’s CEO. He channeled all the communication and managed an internal team of designers and developers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We only made minimal revisions to Sheer Digital’s initial submissions. Though the e-book was released less than a week ago, we’ve already received inquiries from potentially valuable prospects.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They understand our business incredibly well, so their initial response was nearly perfect, which ensured the project would be highly successful. They made it so the cooperation was completely painless for me. The CEO promptly answered every comment personally, though he solicited input from his team at every stage.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They instantly understood what we wanted. We worked together so well it was like they were at the next desk, not across an ocean in Europe.

No, I can not think of anything. This was my first web shop and I didnt know much, how to make it, how it will work. Sheer Digital did it very simple for me. Everything went smooth and easy.

What were your goals for this project?

Create the best UX for consumers when customising pre made personalised templates. Once complete the design will be pre digitised therefore no additional work would be required.

Recommend by WIlcom in configuring their complicated API software.

Since installing the new customiser sales on the website have increased 250%

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Sheer Digital prefer to manage most of the creative and UX and do not wish to be micro managed. That's what I prefer as I don't want to be hiring experts and doing all the work myself.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They spent many hours in after sales support after the project was finished, which we appreciated.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Some correspondence can be a little intense. David miss read the tone in one of my email replies and got rather upset.
