Roland DGA Corporation serves as the US business unit for Roland DG, supplying industry-leading digital graphic, sign, and fabrication equipment. Reporting to the IT Director, I serve as IS Manager, helping oversee daily IT operations, systems development, and infrastructure reliability to support our technical initiatives and business objectives.

H&D Technologies provides comprehensive managed IT services, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 onsite support, offsite Tier 3 engineering, and 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) monitoring. Their scope encompasses daily help desk escalation, server and network administration, Active Directory management, cloud infrastructure support, and core cybersecurity operations.

What is the team composition?

Our dedicated team structure includes an onsite Tier 1 help desk technician and an onsite Tier 2 engineer for immediate operational support. Additionally, we are backed by offsite Tier 3 specialized engineers and a fully managed Network Operations Center (NOC) for advanced technical escalations and continuous infrastructure monitoring.

Lastly, providing enhanced self-service visibility into customizable ticket reporting and endpoint hardware/software inventories would give us even greater operational insights.
