I’m the founder of a SaaS application for independent insurance agents.

What challenge were you trying to address with Hawley Digital?

We hired Hawley Digital to help us with branding and web development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I approached Hawley Digital with an initial design and color scheme for the website that I wanted to build. The team created a couple of initial options for the logo, color palette, and overall branding. We worked together on those until we were able to arrive at a version that was a great fit for the company. 

Hawley Digital then went into producing mockups of our website, incorporating the revamped logo and branding into the design. They built in a functionality that allows users to see how much they’ve saved after using our SaaS application for a certain period of time.

What is the team composition?

We mostly work with Johnny(Owner & Web Developer), who also acts as our main point of contact. We’ve also interacted with a UI designer and a copy editor. 

How did you come to work with Hawley Digital?

I came to know of Hawley Digital through our mutual friends. They do a good job of showing their prior work on their social media accounts, so we were able to determine whether they could deliver what we were asking for.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working with Hawley Digital since February 2021, and our partnership is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since the official launch of the website, I’ve received messages from investors and target customers saying how great they think the new logo and website look. We’re still in the process of finalizing some details in the background so we cannot yet push people into the platform, but whatever limited feedback we’ve gotten has been really good. 

How did Hawley Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Hawley Digital has done a great job of staying on schedule and within budget. We typically communicate through Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What really stands out about Hawley Digital is that they have a good grasp of what’s important to have in a website, especially in today’s environment. Their design knowledge makes them really easy to work with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything at this point.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise potential customers to go for it and hire Hawley Digital. I’ve received nothing but phenomenal feedback about the website and logo that they designed.

Please describe your company and your position there.

Our company is an Online Subscription Meal Prep Company that provides Home Delivery to the surrounding area, as well as a Cafe and Market where clients can come in and shop and eat. I am the Client Relations & Marketing Manager and work directly with Hawley Digital on Client Accounts, Account Issues, and Website Improvement Ideas.

We continue to see growth in Online Revenue and Brand Awareness as we continue to work with Hawley Digital.

Hawley Digital is very hands-on and provides easy ways to put in "tickets" for immediate resolution.

The progressive ideas and commitment to exceed our expectations is one of our favorite things about Hawley Digital.
