The Hats ON team handled our online presence. With than in mind, they conducted a review of various touchpoints, set a priority and at the moment we are implementing a plan as follows:

We believe that a good requirement plan was set from the beginning to understand the steps we need to lead us to success. This plan reflects our vision for the company and how we see it shaping over the next years. We are in the process of following this implementation plan and everything is going according to plan, deadlines and quality.

My name is Neofytos Giannakou and I am the founder and managing director of Pets with benefit, an online pet shop.

Brand identity development, e-commerce design and development and digital marketing. Our goals were to successfully launch and establish Pets with benefit as a brand despite the increased competition.

We needed a jack of all trades. Being a startup, we only knew the name of our brand but we were looking for someone to help us with branding from scratch, ecom development and then launching online. Hats ON Digital Agency ticked all the boxes and provided full service.

Meetings on important deadlines and a very long kickoff meeting because they insisted that we should nail the requirements, go-to-market strategy and the brand’s purpose.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In the first 6 months of our site we have achieved a 10x return on the marketing budget spent on ads on social media and Google ads. Furthermore, less than a year from launch, we are now a well-known and recognizable brand with repeat customers and many loyal fans of our brand.

Aside the regular checkpoint meetings we used viber for quick chat messages which helped us improve communication and save time from long phone calls and email back-and-forths.

Being a startup comes with many challenges. Starting from zero with no idea what your branding will look like, what features your eShop will incorporate to help build momentum and loyalty, how to differentiate from the competition, what will the marketing strategy will be where all answered from Hats ON.

We don’t have any areas to improvement to suggest, we are happy with the overall handling of our account.

I am the managing director of Kunstler Sports. We are a wholesale and retail company with 3 physical stores and many other businesses which we supply with our products.

e-Shop design and development: From a thorough initial meeting to gather the requirements, they then moved to producing the designs, and once finalised the went ahead to build the website using Woocommerce. Social media Management + Google Ads: Towards the final steps of completing our website, they devised the launch strategy and overall plan where they produced content, and scheduled advertising campaigns

The account manager, UX/UI designer, web developer, digital marketing expert, graphic designer and content writer.

The introduction of an extra income stream via the eShop, coupled with social media and google ads resulted in a sales increase realised in the online, offline (our 3 shops) and our reseller's stores since our goal was to also increase brand awareness of the brands we import for the sake of our resellers.

Excellent communication, it was clear what is was expected from us and from them. They honored the deadlines they provided.

The fact that it is a full-service agency enabled them to combine technology and marketing know-how and to not just only deliver a well-functioning eShop, but an eShop which generated significant sales.

Their ability to spend our budget in a smart way, giving back to us quality leads which when followed up had a good ratio of closing the sale as they were qualified.
