We honestly couldn't recommend Louie and his team at Hatcha highly enough! Louie has been absolutely fantastic in supporting us with the development of our new website. From introducing a new search function, streamlining our resources and improving menu navigation to creating a completely bespoke assessment tool that has genuinely blown our customers away, his contribution and development of this has been invaluable. What really sets Louie apart is how helpful, responsive and reliable he is. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he is always on hand to offer advice, provide support and find solutions. He takes the time to truly understand what we want to achieve and consistently turns our ideas into something even better than we imagined. He also continually looks for ways to improve and refine what we've developed, introducing clever tweaks and additional functionality that benefit both our business and our customers. The quality of his work is exceptional, and we are constantly amazed by the speed and efficiency with which he delivers. It's an absolute pleasure working with someone who genuinely cares about getting things right. Louie doesn't just deliver what we ask for; he proactively makes suggestions, identifies opportunities and comes up with ideas we hadn't even considered, always going the extra mile to make sure we're delighted with the end result. We're already seeing the positive impact of his work on the day-to-day running of our business. Our operations are becoming smoother and more efficient, while the improvements to our website are continually strengthening what we can offer our customers and enhancing their overall experience. We're incredibly grateful for all of Louie's hard work, expertise and ongoing support. He has made such a huge difference to our website and to what we're able to offer our customers. We feel very lucky to have him working alongside us and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any organisation looking for someone who is talented, proactive, reliable and genuinely invested in helping improve their current website or develop a new one from scratch. We look forward to continuing to work with Louie and his team and are excited to see what we can achieve next!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Good insight into education industry so was able to draw on past experience and make suggesions based on what had worked well in the past. Once a project was decided on, it often surpassed my expectations - sometimes what was delivered was completley different to what was in my mind but in a very good way! I realised I had perhaps been limiting the potential of the business by my own lack of imagination. "

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hatcha could have done differently?

Perhaps better testing could have been set up  - at times we thought things had been adequately tested but then weeks later spotted issues. But we've a very complex website so perhaps unavoidable.
