We needed support with a high-priority Amazon listing image project. The goal was to quickly create polished, on-brand product images that clearly communicated the product’s size options, quality, and weight capacity.

Their staff has produced multipe videos that have proven to be an excellent way to showcase our brand.

All of the tasks that were agreed upon were completed on time and in most cases ahead of schedule. Their entire staff is a pleasure to deal with and they are very attentive to our needs.

I’m a managing partner of a company that sells a microwave accessory, allowing families to heat up more than one dish at a time.

What challenge were you trying to address with Harvest Growth?

They’re providing us with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing. Our goal was to find a way to sell our product online and at a reasonable cost. We’re a startup, so we have a budget.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Harvest Growth has been instrumental in setting up our online Shopify store and presence, as well as creating all our branding and producing a number of videos. They’ve also utilized some of our existing video. One video they created was a product demonstration video, and we provided them with testimonial clips to use. The videos they created are live-action and done in Harvest Growth’s studio.

They’ve developed a Facebook and Instagram campaign, including coming up with all the assets, be they language, pictures, and videos. Their team has also enhanced the logo that we already had and helped put together the label for our product.

In the future, they might help with a retail campaign that we’re going to do. We’re currently in conversations to expand their services into Google and some other channels, like Amazon.

Originally, I met them at a conference. I liked them because they were very focused on social media advertising and marketing campaigns.

We’ve spent around $13,000–$15,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since January 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re very satisfied; we’re tracking toward our goals right now in terms of conversion rates and ROI, and the quality of the work has been first-class. There have been a couple of Shopify glitches, but we moved through those.

The initial feedback has been very positive on all their work. We’re very happy with our relationship, and we’re continuing to move forward.

How did Harvest Growth perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been very good. The only tools they’re using are the analytics and reporting. They always inform us of what the schedule is for our campaigns.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a great amount of experience and expertise in this area. Even though we’re working with common household products, Harvest Growth brings them to market in a very interesting way. They have a great track record with us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Having virtual weekly checkpoints would help us address anything that needs to be addressed.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Get a good understanding of their approach to social media marketing and ensure that your goal matches their goal. Meeting John (Founder & CEO) is also very important. He’s very nice, down-to-earth, and humble.

We contacted Harvest Growth because we wanted to help one of our clients scale using Facebook and Google advertising. Our agency doesn't offer these types of services, so we looked for a partner.

How did you select this vendor?

Harvest Growth came to us as a referral from a partner of ours and after an initial conversation, we could feel the chemistry between the two companies. We didn't hesitate to get started and the results were great in the end!

The team of Harvest Growth had an initial kick-off meeting with our client, then once they got access to the ad accounts, they did research on how things could be improved. Then, they set a few KPIs to follow and how to improve those. They tested different creatives and angles to sell the products of our clients.

My team and the client worked with 3 team members of Harvest Growth.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our client saw a decrease in CPA and they hit the target ROAS and other KPIs after the first month of working together. Overall the client had an ROI between 3x-5x.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was smooth, they were flexible in terms of communication channels. They were quick to reply to us and acted fast when it was necessary. They were cooperative and tried to understand where we or the client came from.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Simply how easy it was to work together and how simple to get great results for our client. They became a trusted partner of ours over these months and I hope we can work on more projects together in the future.

Enduro Power lithium batteries are used in RVs, Boats, Off-Grid and Solar applications. We launched in late 2020. I am the owner and co-founder.

We enlisted Harvest Growth on a number of fronts: E-Commerce Strategy, Monthly execution, Web Development and assistance with the development of Brand assets. We had a very aggressive timelines for our launch dates which they were able to efficiently hit along with find new solutions for challenges that pop up along the way.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose Harvest Growth based on years of experience working with multiple agencies. Naturally it is hard for any agency to be 100% focused on your project and that is why we look at the people we will be working with on a daily basis.

When meeting the Harvest Growth team we felt like they were genuine and passionate about their work, which gave us the confidence they will be fun to work with but also drive results.

We have interacted with 5 team members all specializing in different areas focused on optimizing our efforts. A dedicated project manager for the Web/Brand Assets development and another dedicated manager for all Ad Campaigns. It has been very easy to communicate with the team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As a result of a well thought out website and campaign strategy we exceed 2 of 3 Ad campaign metrics in Week 1 and have continued that ever since. We do have a higher price point item that definitely helps achieve those metrics faster, but without the support of the Harvest Growth team we would have been lost on how to approach and manage this side of our marketing efforts.

We have a dedicated project manager, but their team is quick and nimble. They do not require all information to flow through one point of contact which we like. Each team member that specializes on their area reaches out to use directly with all team members CC'd for continuity.

Willingness to come up with sometimes new solutions for our development needs. Accessible!

As with any collaboration you run into challenges along they way. The Harvest Growth management team has been quick to solve any obstacles that have risen.

I am the CEO of The Trick, an all natural weight loss product based in Charleston, SC.

For what projects/services did your company hire Harvest Growth?

We hired Harvest Growth to launch our product. They first put together a survey to develop basic learnings pre-launch. Then, used that data to put together the first content we would use to launch in the marketplace (social media only).

What were your goals for this project?

Positive return on ad spend is the main objective. Other objectives include learnings to take forward in marketing, website, and content creation.

SOLUTION

How did you select Harvest Growth?

Online. We were searching specifically for marketing agencies that could help with very early stage companies and ones with a good product fit for us.

I set up interviews with a few final firms and chose Harvest Growth based on my conversation with CEO, Jon LaClare. I liked his energy and his experience with products similar to mine. We spoke for a few more weeks about options and contract and he was very flexible.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We launched and we are ROAS positive in a month and maintaining. When the test period closes and we solidify the content/copy variations that perform best and expand. Our website has seen an uptick in traffic, and our pixel is getting smarter and smarter.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Really good. They keep it light and efficient with small, agile teams. I have one main point of contact. It keeps things organized and flowing well. Their process is designed to eliminate needless activities.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

ROI above 1 in a month after launch and steady. We’ve achieved our main objective. They handle everything I’m not interested in expeditiously and are willing to walk me through anything I am curious about.

Lastly, I’ve never met them and they make me feel like I’m working with a friend. They’re effective without being stiff, serious, or overly regimented. I SPECIFICALLY looked for this quality in the process of finding a marketing team.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I’d love slightly more fluidity in communication for quick questions or thoughts. Email and scheduling meetings to talk on the phone 1-1.5 days out can be clunky and hinder flow. But, completely understand they’ve got to streamline for all of their clients.

They wrote the script, filmed, and edited a TV commercial. They also brokered agreements between designers and media buyers. They essentially set up the entire campaign for us. 

They also created a landing page on our website for any leads coming in from the commercial. They used Mojo.

Bethany (Marketing Director) was our account manager, Jennifer (Project Manager) helped us with the creative aspect of the project, and Jon (Founder & CEO) was with us every step of the way.

We did some online research, and we saw that Harvest Growth had great reviews on Clutch.

We spent between $60,000–$65,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We signed a contract with them in August 2020, and the majority of the project wrapped up that November. We still work with them a bit to get new edits so we can have different spots.

We saw a good ROI. In the last two months, we’ve sold 200,000 units as a direct result of our commercial.
