We have created a variety of fulfillment kits through Harp. They have helped us source items, store items, and get them packed and shipped in a professional and timely manner. In addition, we have utilized Harp's embroidery services to create various apparel.

Yes, Harp is very great with project management. We specifically work with Kayla who is great to communicate with - always very prompt in her email responses.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

HARP360 accommodated a lot of our needs, from inventory and kits to apparel. They have been so helpful in a variety of projects we have used them for! It's nice to know we have basically a one-stop-shop in Harp. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something HARP360 could have done differently?

As Harp continues to grow both internally and gain clients, I think it will be important to ensure there is clear communication and processes to ensure quality and consistency remains strong.

I’m the VP of operations at a promotional product marketing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with HARP360?

We needed a warehouse partner.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

HARP360 has held our inventory and handled the pick, pack, and ship process of our orders. The team has also managed some of our print materials and kitting requests. Whenever we've needed to kit items together and ship them to end users, HARP360 has helped us with those projects.

Initially, we started working with HARP360 as a kitting vendor. Then, we morphed that into a larger warehouse partnership and moved all of our inventory to them. We've had an implementation and discovery phase to ensure everything has automatically gone through our system.

We no longer use HARP360's warehousing and inventory management services, but the team is still responsible for our kitting needs.

What is the team composition?

We've worked with a warehouse manager, an account manager, and some pickers and shippers.

How did you come to work with HARP360?

We found them through a referral. HARP360 had done some very successful small inventory management projects for us, so we trusted them as a partner. Working with HARP360 was an organic process because they provided services in different areas of our business.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2018, and our relationship is ongoing. However, we no longer use them for warehouse management due to a business model change on our side.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

HARP360 has operated our business with a consistent 99.8% success rate month after month. The quality of their work has met our expectations.

How did HARP360 perform from a project management standpoint?

HARP360 has delivered work on time and within budget. We've logged into their warehouse management system via an API connection and have been connected for orders and tracking. All information has been reconciled, and their system has provided live updates. We primarily communicate through email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

HARP360 has been a true partner; they deliver whenever we need anything. They're always happy to help and highly responsive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we've had open communication with them, and they address any issues quickly.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Provide open and honest feedback to the HARP360 team. They're willing to make adjustments and changes as needed. Be open regarding your needs; it's always beneficial.

I’m the chief of staff of a real estate investment platform. We offer a platform where users can invest with as little as $100. We also enable renters to save and invest, creating wealth for both investors and renters.

We needed help with the distribution of our investor boxes.

What was the scope of their involvement?

HARP360 manages the distribution of our investor boxes. We send them the inventory, and they keep track of it, knit together the investor boxes, and ship them out when we send them addresses weekly. They’ve shipped out thousands of boxes for us, at least a few hundred a week. They also keep us informed of when additional items need to be ordered.

We work with 2–5 teammates from HARP360.

They were referred to me, and their pricing fit our budget.

We started working together in September 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Monitoring the inbound inventory and processing the shipments is an ongoing task that can be measured weekly based on receivings and outbound shipments.  Making sure medical supplies arrive timely and available.

Each and every detail of our prkect has been attended to and the service is very consistent.  The communication is also great.  Harp360 is always communicating with me the details of the shipments.
