They were always on the ball.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Haefele Software could have done differently?

I found the fee structure confusing and I didn't really understand it and assumed that my collegues did but it turns out that they didn't understand it properly either. HF probably did it all 'correctly' and 'cleanly' from their end but were dealing with low-level stressed out operations people who just didn't grasp this (imporatn) aspect.
