We hired Grupa.IT to develop the MVP of IMMONA Game, an innovative gamified platform that combines RPG mechanics with real-world activities and personal development.

The project covers the development of a functional, mobile-friendly application, including:

- User onboarding and authentication – account creation, login, and basic user management. 

- Digital character creation – allowing users to create their own characters and develop them through real-world activities.

- Gamification mechanics– a system of challenges, experience points, levels, rewards, and progress tracking.

- Real-world challenges – functionality for starting, completing, and confirming tasks performed outside the application.

 - User analytics– tracking engagement, task completion, and user progression to support product validation.

- Market validation features– mechanisms to assess users' willingness to pay for premium features or subscriptions. 

- Multilingual support – Polish and English language versions. The scope also includes delivering the source code, repository access, technical documentation, and the necessary intellectual property rights, enabling us to further develop and commercialize the product independently. The primary objective is to create a testable product that allows us to validate our concept with real users, gather feedback, and establish a technical foundation for future development.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Grupa.IT has successfully delivered the first functional version of IMMONA Game's MVP, allowing us to move from product specifications to a working application ready for user testing. Key outcomes include:

- **Functional MVP delivered** – we received a working version of the application, enabling us to begin testing the core product concept.

- **Source code and repository access** – Grupa.IT provided access to the project's code repository, giving our team visibility into the development process and a foundation for future development.

- **Progress toward market validation** – the delivered MVP allows us to test the product with real users, gather feedback, and evaluate the core gameplay and gamification mechanics.

The project is still in its testing and validation phase, so we are not yet measuring success through commercial metrics. At this stage, the most important result is having a functional product that we can test and continue developing.

Grupa.IT's project management has been excellent from the very beginning. They delivered the MVP on time, maintained clear communication throughout the project, and were extremely responsive to our questions, feedback, and requests. What we particularly appreciated was their combination of professionalism, technical expertise, and a genuinely friendly approach. Communication was always straightforward, constructive, and focused on finding solutions. Whenever we needed something clarified or adjusted, the team responded remarkably quickly. The entire collaboration has been smooth, well-organized, and conducted in a great atmosphere. That combination of expertise, genuine engagement, and a great working atmosphere is something we particularly value.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Grupa.IT could have done differently?

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. The entire collaboration has been a great experience, and we haven't encountered any issues that would require a different approach. We're very happy with how Grupa.IT has handled the project and wouldn't change anything at this stage.

First, they deliver a Nordic data platform that streamlines the distribution of product-related data across various digital channels. The data platform aims to serve as the backbone for our information distribution, thereby reducing complexities and increasing efficiency in reaching our target audience. 

Secondly, the company is in charge of offering multi-faceted Nordic support, covering technical, developmental, and editorial aspects, to corporate websites. This collaboration operates under a Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring that stipulated service quality and performance metrics are met. The support extends from routine maintenance and problem-solving to the implementation of new features and editorial content, keeping our websites up-to-date and running smoothly. 

This long-term relationship is integral for both the daily operations and strategic goals of our business. Their expertise offers us a robust and scalable solution that aligns perfectly with our objectives for growth and market dominance.

• Improved Data Distribution Efficiency: One measurable outcome from the implementation of the data platform is a significant increase in the efficiency of distributing product-related data across various digital channels. 
• SLA Compliance and Reduced Downtime: Under the Service Level Agreement (SLA), we've been tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as system uptime, response time for resolving technical issues, and the speed of content updates.
