I am the marketing director at a plaintiff's personal injury law firm. Our firm operates in both the mass tort space and single incident personal injury litigation. We take a digital-first marketing approach.

We hired Growth Saloon for on-site content optimization with the intention of increasing traffic to high-value pages. After Growth Saloon greatly overdelivered on the initial project, we hired them on as contract partners to assist in a range of SEO-oriented projects.

Mike, the CEO of Growth Saloon reached out to me directly via email. Unlike other email solicitations that I frequently receive, Mike was upfront about the problems that he found on our website after running an audit. Rather than trying to sell me on a service, he provided solutions and even encouraged me to contact him directly so he could walk me through steps to fix these problems. In our initial conversation, he displayed an impressive work ethic and a vast knowledge of SEO. After that, working with Growth Saloon was an easy choice.

Growth Saloon worked to improve our local SEO for legal services our firm offers in both the Chicago & St. Louis areas. The team ran content audits, made content rewrites, helped to reorganize the site structure, improved page functionality, and worked on a number of off-page SEO strategies such as improving our Google My Business profiles in those markets. Now, they are helping us to rebuild our site onto a faster and more operable frame while also expanding their SEO efforts across different parts of our website.

Mike is the CEO. I have worked directly with him on most of the projects. Kolton is a developer. I have just began working with him on the new site rebuild project.

On the 9 pages that the team has been working on for the past month, our rankings have increased by at least 10 positions. These are high-value keywords. Thus far, they have overdelivered.

Growth Saloon is the fastest working SEO firm I have worked with in my 6 years in the industry. Their communication is fantastic. I have the ability to reach out to them via Slack, email, or a text and can always expect to hear back from them within 30 minutes, even after hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I have worked with a ton of SEO firms over the past half-decade and I have never come across anyone who comes even remotely close to Mike and his team in terms of work ethic and dedication to the project at hand. What is most impressive to me is that they will find and fix issues that are not related to tasks at hand, even when these fixes are not part of the budget. It really just shows that they are dedicated to helping their business partners as much as they can.

Honestly, no.

They’ve been amazing with their communication style. I’m very busy so they provided succinct updates with a clear outline of each stage of the SEO project. When I needed clarification or had questions they would have hour long conversations with me until I understood everything I needed.
