We observed a decrease in first-response time and a rise in customer satisfaction ratings during the first month of deployment. Our human agents were able to handle more complicated problems as the chatbot could handle most of the inquiries on its own.

services project that involved multiple dimensions. Gunendu pulled together a team of 4 to 8
depending on the phase of the project (the project included system design, DBs (PostgreSQL,
Pinecone), LLMs, API integration, AWS, front end, SSO integration, email management, Reporting,
etc.) They were very flexible and produced high quality work.I'm based in the US, and initially had all
the standard concerns about outsourcing with a team on the other side of the world. Previously, I've

GROWTH LOOP TECHNOLOGY was selected to build an app from ground up in a 4-5 week time frame. This process included:

Workshops and Collaboration: Two starting meetings, then weekly sessions to discuss the further progress of the tasks. We co-operated using Figma with a capability of providing feedbacks and reviews.
Functionality Review: It’s important to point out here that they followed a systematic procedure to systematically accumulate all the features that we wanted. Thus, the week option was applied to discuss the finished work and uncovered functionalities during weekly meetings.
Innovative Design: The team met our requirement for the design strategy which is to start with general information and then gradually refine to the more specific. All of this was implemented to perfection concerning this concept.

GROWTHLOOP TECHNOLOGY has created a custom web app that functions as a portfolio for athlete stock shares. Everything is on the cloud, which meant that their team needed to build out the pipelines to get information from our data provider into our architecture.

Additionally, they’ve supplied a designer to work on the frontend. That individual has designed the current mobile-responsive solution while keeping in mind that a lot of our users will access our platform on their phones. We’re currently in the process of building a dedicated mobile app version, which should be live soon.

The beta version of our web app is now live. Users can create accounts and then buy, sell, and trade football players. We’re also implementing trading competitions to allow users to try out our services. 

Overall, the app is of incredible quality, considering where our solution was before we found them. They’ve been able to find the right skill sets needed to fix our product and then implement what we’ve wanted within our timelines.
