They delivered a modular architecture with a web based frontend, secure backend services, an AI orchestration layer, and a centralized vector based knowledge store. 

Key deliverables included four role based modules: an operator module (authentication, AI clone support, equipment manuals, incident management, technician matching, team dashboard), a technician module (sign up, profile and availability management, job lifecycle handling, file uploads, dashboards), a seller/ OEM module (product catalog and sales/ order workflows), and an admin module (user management, file uploads, role based dashboards). They also implemented the AI intelligence layer covering query classification, context enrichment, retrieval from vectorizeed manuals, LLM based response generation, and feedback driven learning loops. Security was built in from day one with JWT authentication, role based access control, HTTPS/TLS encryption, secure API routing, and metadata based isolation separating global and private knowledge.

The AI driven retrieval and response pipeline measurably improved support response times and the metadata based security model proved effective at maintaining strict data isolation in a multi tenant environment.

They worked in an agile, sprint based model with continous QA, regression testing, staging and UAT validation, iterative AI quality improvements, and regular stakeholder reviews. The delivered codebase was in a severely disorganised and broken condition, with poor structure, incomplete features, and significant technical issues that made it unusable without major rework. There was no evidence of proper engineering standards, documentation, testing, or quality assurance.

The AI components were implemented in an unprofessional and non-functional manner, with no clear architecture, reproducibility, or working AI workflows. The AI work did not meet basic industry expectations for an AI-powered product.

Despite the company advertising senior and expert engineers, the team assigned to the project appeared to consist of junior or entry-level developers, which directly impacted quality and delivery. This was inconsistent with the company’s marketing and sales representations.

Communication throughout the project was frequently unprofessional and rude, and expectations were misrepresented. The company’s advertising and sales process were deceptive compared to the actual team capability and delivered results.

Overall, the project failed to produce any functional deliverables or measurable success metrics, and substantial time and money were lost without receiving a working product.

Workshops and Collaboration: Two starting meetings, then weekly sessions to discuss the further progress of the tasks. We co-operated using Figma with a capability of providing feedbacks and reviews.
Functionality Review: It’s important to point out here that they followed a systematic procedure to systematically accumulate all the features that we wanted. Thus, the week option was applied to discuss the finished work and uncovered functionalities during weekly meetings.
Innovative Design: The team met our requirement for the design strategy which is to start with general information and then gradually refine to the more specific. All of this was implemented to perfection concerning this concept.

GROWTHLOOP TECHNOLOGY has created a custom web app that functions as a portfolio for athlete stock shares. Everything is on the cloud, which meant that their team needed to build out the pipelines to get information from our data provider into our architecture.

Additionally, they’ve supplied a designer to work on the frontend. That individual has designed the current mobile-responsive solution while keeping in mind that a lot of our users will access our platform on their phones. We’re currently in the process of building a dedicated mobile app version, which should be live soon.

The beta version of our web app is now live. Users can create accounts and then buy, sell, and trade football players. We’re also implementing trading competitions to allow users to try out our services.
