Items were delivered on time as we collabrated back and forth on design and functionality of the website and customer interaction of the products. They were very responsive to my highly detail oriented needs and created a website more beautiful than I had envisioned.

There are no areas of improvement I can think of. I think they did a wonderful job especially when we are in seperate countries and collabrating can be difficult when there are only certain platforms that support that kind of need. The scope of the work was to analyze our Shopify website and recommend what changes and in what order of importance they should be completed. Key deliverables included over 7 presentations and powerpoints, organized by type of work. Beyond this, Growth Hacker answered questions, big and small, that came up across departments.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw an increase in organic traffic due to Growth's Hackers recommended changes, such as changing site HTML and putting keyword emphasis in different places than where we were focusing on. We also saw a large reduction in reported site errors from Google Search Console and Ahrefs, for example in duplicate content caused by a misconfiguration on our site that Groth Hacker caugth, and improvements in page schema that we were not focusing on prior.

All presentations and meetings were organized and followed the timeline established at the beginning of our work with Growth Hacker. Between meetings, they also promptly responded to our technical and non-technical questions by email and recorded video.

They created reports that were cross-referenced between different web-based tools, to ensure that the data was accurate and useful, and distilled the essentials down into digestible PPT presentations. They were also sure to followup with any small or large questions that arose between meetings.

Honestly I don't have any points of improvement to suggest to Growth Hacker - the meeting and presentation quality and frequency were on-point, and it was always clear what was coming and what we should implement next in order to optimize our site SEO.
