We started in May 2019 and just finished the first phase of our project. So, we’re about to move on to the next step with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re really happy with the improvements they’ve made and the new website copy. We’ve had good internal feedback, but it’s a little too early in our project to provide hard metrics.

How did Growth Drivers perform from a project management standpoint?

I work with them directly and it has been a very smooth collaboration. We talk on the phone a lot, but also use Slack and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Matthew is a great strategist and is able to see the big picture very well. Also, the writer we’ve been working with is fantastic and very talented. The two of them have definitely made this project successful so far.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not really. We’re hiring them to do more, which I think shows that we’re happy with their work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would definitely recommend hiring them right away. They’re great people.

We hired Growth Drivers because we were struggling to create a brand that was representative of how our customers view us. Our website wasn’t performing well or receiving significant traffic, and we received most of our clients in person rather than through the platform. We needed help understanding the public perception of our company and translating that through a rebrand.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We explained our issues to Growth Drivers and engaged them on a pilot project to have them redo one portion of our website. Their team began by analyzing our site through a process they called a “site tear-down.” They critiqued our platform and laid out the pros and cons from a marketing perspective. After they completed the initial project successfully, we hired them for the full rebranding.

Before making any decisions, they interviewed several of our major customers. They gathered information on what our clients value most about our services and how they view our business. After reframing our company as a group of trusted, experienced developers, Growth Drivers began to redesign our messaging to match. They chose a new color palette for our site and wrote new, fresh content that our market would find appealing.

We needed to find a strong team in our budget to work with. We looked at reviews on various websites, including Clutch, and wanted to make sure the company we chose had worked with software companies before. We sent an invitation to 5–6 vendors, interviewed each and received a quote on their services. We chose Growth Drivers because we felt they could help with the rebranding as well as our marketing efforts.

We worked on the project from August 2018–February 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We get plenty of compliments from users on the look of our site. Now, we see high levels of engagement and users sign up for estimates through the platform, which never used to happen. Having a website that reflects our brand helps us appear like the substantial, legitimate company that we are. The work that Growth Drivers did has helped generate trust and excitement among our users.

How did Growth Drivers perform from a project management standpoint?

The team was very communicative and provided continuous feedback. Although we’d sometimes receive differing insights from each team member, we appreciated their responsive nature. They used Asana to track action items and monitor deadlines. We had weekly phone calls and emailed when necessary.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their rebranding expertise was valuable to us—they did a fantastic job.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Although the messaging and rebranding efforts were excellent, their marketing services could be improved. Since they aren’t a large company, it’s difficult for them to offer quality full-scale marketing agency skills.

Additionally, there were some instances where the technology was built using their own infrastructure and not ours, which needed to be changed. However, we worked around our minor issues, and they were receptive to our needs.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure you’re clear about your requirements so nothing gets misunderstood. Also, I’d suggest looking at reviews to ensure you’re hiring them for their strengths. In my case, I’m glad I chose them for our rebranding needs because they were the best choice. If your project has a different focus, it’s important to make sure they’re the right choice.

We work with attorneys, expert witnesses, and other trial presentation companies to create realistic 3D animations for court cases. Our work allows juries to better understand the circumstances surrounding car collisions, homicides, and other cases. I’m the owner.

What challenge were you trying to address with Growth Drivers?

Our marketing endeavors needed a boost. We wanted to increase the number of qualified leads from email marketing and from a large trade show we attend each year in Las Vegas. The trade show always yielded a lot of shallow leads, and we wanted to increase the impact of our work on potential clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They set up a CRM for us and moved all our existing client information from an Excel spreadsheet to the new CRM. Then, we set up an ad and email marketing campaign to reach new clients. We used MailChimp, Mailshake, and other technology to send out email blasts. Based on the responses we received, we selected 20 cases and created three storyboards for each case. Those storyboards were featured at our booth in Las Vegas.

We have one main point of contact, and we work occasionally with the owner of the company.

How did you come to work with Growth Drivers?

Our contact person went to the same school as I did, though we didn’t know each other at the time. They found my company on LinkedIn and reached out. We met in person, and the interest in working together grew from there.

Their work with us ran from June 2018 through the end of August 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The email campaign was insanely successful, and the ROI was very good. So many people reached out with cases, and we immediately got three projects that totaled around $40,000 in revenue. It is often difficult to reach attorneys directly, so this project was incredibly valuable to us.

How did Growth Drivers perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was very good. We’re a small company, so my time is really limited. I saw them as the marketing experts, so I gave them a lot of decision-making power. Once they realized that I trusted them to make decisions on their own, they took the project and made it successful.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They created a lot of leads that we were able to close on. Beyond that, I’m impressed by their use of technology and their ability to incorporate new apps and software that make our job easier.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing comes to mind; the project was very successful, and I can’t think of anything they should improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be very clear about your project and your goals. Digital marketing can be very open-ended, but knowing what you want the results to look like will make for a successful collaboration.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Growth Drivers’ research helped us target the reputation management niche and the review generation niche in the development of our chatbot.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We mainly communicated via email, with several meetings to assess progress. Their team shared all documents through Google Drive. We appreciated their prompt responses to any suggestions or questions we had.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were very experienced in working with software as a service (SaaS) companies. They not only helped with the research but gave valuable guidance on running and managing a SaaS company.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Because they are a relatively new company, there were very small glitches in their scheduling system. They fixed the issues instantly and worked to prevent any future administrative problems.

I’m the founder and a camp director at a youth nonprofit. Our program aims to empower kids and teenagers by teaching them useful life lessons and fostering personal growth and development.

Our previous website hadn’t been optimized when it was first built. To maximize our overall revenue, we needed to increase our web traffic and exposure. We hired Growth Drivers to improve SEO, expand our marketing capabilities, and maximize our digital footprint.

Growth Drivers developed a digital marketing step strategy. Based on thorough research and analysis, they gave us a full diagnosis of their findings. They compiled a list of AdWords to boost the site’s Google rankings and enhance our online exposure.

On-site SEO work included implementing keyword optimized page descriptions to boost rankings on search engines. They revamped our site to resolve technical errors and speed up operational efficiency. After the expanded new platform went live, Growth Drivers set up marketing automation accounts for most of our workflows.

After a thorough social media audit, they developed a posting, copywriting, and management strategy for all our accounts. They helped us prioritize our online channels. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

As a result of our partnership with Growth Drivers, we've seen a marked increase in web traffic. Most importantly, the number of signups for our summer camps has ramped up. It can be tough to track all the specific metrics, but we've definitely seen a noticeable uptick in revenue and conversions. Our company’s upward trends are due to the team’s end-to-end marketing support.

The team created a beautifully designed, optimized newsletter along with an execution plan to promote our new blog. By streamlining our focus, they expanded our user base and engagement. The team’s website enhancements followed SEO best practice and made the entire platform flow more smoothly. Moving forward, we’ll use the content strategy Growth Drivers implemented to fully engage our social media audience.

Growth Drivers worked rapidly and handled our communication and deadlines. They finished everything in a timely fashion. We kept in touch via phone calls, email, and text messages. Whenever I scheduled calls via a portal, I could count on them for a quick response. Solid communication kept everything smoothly on track.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Growth Drivers is an awesome team that works well as a comprehensive one-stop shop. The founder is a great guy. One of my favorite things about them was the intensive research they did before we even started this project. Cultivating an in-depth industry knowledge base helped them understand our business and accurately diagnose our website’s needs.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Since they’re such a solid team, I wouldn’t say so.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Ask them to assess your entire scope and provide a proposal and then pick and choose what to include. My biggest suggestion is having a method to track the exact benefits of Growth Drivers' work.

Unless you use tools like coupon codes, it can be hard to see metrics for the exact traffic and revenue they're driving. Building in this base function is my biggest piece of advice.

What challenge were you trying to address with Growth Drivers?

We needed a marketing firm to lead our digital marketing effort. As a relatively new company, we lacked the internal resources to execute that type of project.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, Growth Drivers studied our business and helped us think critically about how we were representing ourselves to the public. Then, they conducted extensive market research and analysis of our competitors. Based on these findings, they ran our PPC campaign and customer communication strategy. After receiving customer feedback and considering Growth Drivers’ research, we shifted our business model from an on-demand service to an online clinic. To facilitate this change, they helped us create booking form on the website.

Their CMO was my direct contact, but I worked with their CEO as well. My CTO worked mostly with their tech team.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We're a new paradigm in physical therapy industry, so we’re still learning what processes work best for us. Growth Drivers helped define our key performance indicators. Their market review also lead us to decrease our prices to make us more competitive within the industry. These changes improved the marketability of our messaging. They also worked hard on improving our referral marketing. We haven’t implemented it yet, but are expecting significant returns. Overall, it’s too early to say their work has increased our income, but that’s not the only metric of success. We grew as a company and have a better understanding of who we are.

How did Growth Drivers perform from a project management standpoint?

They stayed very involved throughout the project and they delivered nearly everything within the five-month time frame. We primarily communicated through email but had weekly calls as well. The engagement ended, but we keep in touch and I can call them with a quick question on occasion.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their intricate analysis of our business helped us validate a new concept. Together, we transformed the company from an on-demand physical therapy model to a tech-focused clinic. Additionally, the website booking form enables users to request our services without having to download and install the app.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The biggest issue we had was the time zone difference impacting the meeting schedules. They’d often push for calls to occur in the early morning and that wasn’t always a convenient time for me.
