Our project managers are always availalbe. They respond quickly, and never miss a meeting. They are quick to respond when we run into issues, and will jump on a call as soon as they possible can. Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

I hired Grow My Ads to clean up my Google Ads account, which was in a tailspin. I ran it successfully on my own for 15 years, but then messed up my Pmax campaigns and needed help badly to correct my ads account. I was literally in despair, thinking I ruined my online business. Then I found Luke Donoghue on UpWork. His free analysis of my account convinced me to hire his company, Grow My Ads. Joey was assigned as my account manager and he has been phenomenal! He is incredibly knowledgeable. Equally important, he really cares about you as a person and making your business succeed. He not only helps with Google Ads, he gives free actionable advice on how to improve your business in other areas outside of paid ads.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

When I hired them, I was losing money. About 6 months later, Joey had cut my adspend by 30-50% and increased my ROAS by 50-60%. I'm making profits again!! In the past I've read other reviews like this before and always thought that this was something that happened for others but wouldn't happen for me. I am elated to say that this did indeed happen for me! Thank you, thank you, thank you guys!!!

Hired them to partner with me to help improve the effectiveness and profitability of my ads from all angles.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Improved profitablity and Effectiveness of google ads from within google ads and also on page optimisation.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

A very effective and structured approach. It started with a free audit , then some intialy changes and a few "teething problems"  ( learning new things on my part ) after I engaged properly with them . We have had a couple of further audits ( one of them a "mini audit based on feedback I gave them )  .
I have felt very "looked after" in getting things up and running which has, in the past been very frustrating - in the past I have made the time to do things but not known what exactly to do .  These guys are very quick to analyse and change tack if need be.

What was your primary form of communication with GrowMyAds.com?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think what "grabbed" me first was their knowledge on the whole Google ads space - and they had given this knowledge away on lengthy, detailed videos on Youtube; so I knew that they knew their stuff even before I engaged them for work.  I had paid other companies thousands for this information and even joined recurring group / meetups online to gain this valuable knowledge.
From that point they are very good at getting right to the point and dealing with the most important / fundamental issues without mucking around.

Are there any areas for improvement or something GrowMyAds.com could have done differently?

I can't see a better way they could have done things.  I mean I am not hiring them as I would a full time employee so their time is limited - but the time and experiential knowledge they've given me are exponentially valuable for my time spent on things.

For what projects/services did your company hire GrowMyAds.com?

Optimising our Google Ads to ensure our budget was targeting only our desired demographic. Further, we wanted to make sure that our company was capturing the market share of search results

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

They had great reviews and they gave me and my business the time for a brief review and report on where improvements can be made before we committed to their services. I find them to be genuine.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Initially it was to pull apart a very dated and terribly maintained ads campaign and then understand our company and clients in order to pin point the key drivers. M

What was the team composition?

We run a small business and so they deal with myself as director. They are happy to get on my level

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the director of a lead generation agency serving clients in health and finance.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire GrowMyAds.com, and what were your goals?

We had overflow work which required ad management and began looking for switched on contractors who had a deep understanding of Google Ads.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We needed someone who was hands on and knew what they were doing. Dealing with most agencies meant we were speaking to an account manager or sales person instead of discussing ideas and strategy with the specialist themselves. After meeting with Luke from Growmyads, he instilled a lot of trust after demonstrating and pointing out key areas we could perform.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.

Growmyads ran an audit and stepped me through each over an online meeting. This demonstrated they knew what they were doing as they really dug into our campaign and pointed out flaws which we missed. Since handing the campaign to them, we're sent monthly progress reports and rarely schedule meetings as the campaign has enjoyed smooths sailing.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with Luke directly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The goal was to scale volume while keeping CPA steady which they have done.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Communication has been pretty easy. We're in a shared channel to ask direct questions, and are sent monthly progress reports. If needed, we schedule online meetings which we're able to do usually within 48hrs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their overall knowledge on adwords but also deeper undertanding of how language / visuals affect performance. They are not your average paid search agency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish they built landing pages.
