For many years my business solely used Facebook and Instagram and I was looking to scale and expand to Google and Youtube.

By weeding out campaigns that were not performing well and nurturing campaigns that were above our ROI threshold, we were able to increase the efficiency of our account across the board, which improved our overall ROI.

We have a better foundation of the whole account now because we improved the ad performance tracking, allowing for more accurate data inflow into Google's optimisation algorithm which will be beneficial for the long term. Furthermore, the entire account is organised a lot better than before, making maintenance a lot easier.

For small things we used an online chat platform which worked well. For more in depth discussions we had online meetings. Overall a very smooth way of working.

Other referrals I examined failed to address some of my concerns and provided me with comfort in a partner I could trust.

We began with an audit and a phone call prior to signing the contract. The team came back with honest feedback and a roadmap during our second call which we discussed in detail and then decided to proceed. Upon signing the contract we set up an online messaging system and proceeded with the implementation of the plan. We had a couple of calls thereafter to review results, but mostly we would chat over the messaging app, which I found very convenient.

The team recommended other channels as well and continually tested and provided ideas. They were very active on the account and continually made improvements along the way. Initially, in the account, we only had Smart Shopping Campaigns but the team tested and implemented a wider range of campaign types. They also actively managed and tested various assets in the PMAX campaign.

While we were doing that, Luke was rebuillding our ads and fixing some major settings issues we had with our google account. His expertise in this was missing in past conversations with others. Then we implemented his ad campaign, increasing budget as we saw results, which happened pretty quickly.

Sales increased by several hundred percent, and exceeded same month sales year over year by 30-50%.

Excellent. We use an online messaging app to stay in touch, and periodically, about monthly have a zoom call to review account performance and metrics, and discuss strategy not dealt with through messaging.

Really can't complain, though perhaps at the beginning we should have set a six month advertising and markets plan together. But then again, I might not have trusted a new guy guiding my business like at that from the beginning. Now I do.

In a nutshell, GrowMyAds cut our ad spend by 50% while growing our revenue — they were much more efficient than our previous agency. We added about $50,000 per month to our profit by using them. 

How did GrowMyAds.com perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management skills were excellent. To communicate, we used Google Meet, emails, and RingCentral.

What did you find most impressive about them?

GrowMyAds was truly knowledgeable. Contrary to what their name suggested, they didn’t just focus on growing my ads; they also focused on profitability. They showed real concern for ensuring our ads were profitable. For comparison, other ad agencies were interested in growing their ad budget so they could increase the amount they charged.

By contrast, Luke was more interested in increasing our profitability. As a result, he’s become one of my all-time favorite vendors. They should change their company name to “GrowMyProfits” because that was what they did for me. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We left them because they didn’t offer full-service ad creation. Put another way, GrowMyAds was so good because their services were focused. However, because of that, they couldn’t do everything for us.

Internally, we were weak in ad creation. I told them we’d return to them after building that area of our business.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Luke has a lot of great ideas. In fact, you can treat him as a business consultant. Even though GrowMyAds doesn’t provide full services, Luke knows many different things, and you can do different strategies with him. In other words, you shouldn’t only talk to him to do your ads; you should also talk to him at least once a month about the rest of your business.

They're always willing to get on a call and stay in communication with us regularly, providing frequent reports. Our work is an ongoing process, so we don’t have deadlines with Luke, but he's responsive and constantly working on our sites, checking the campaigns, and making changes to them whenever needed — he spends a lot of time managing the campaigns. 

In terms of communication, we use RingCentral, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
