A very effective and structured approach. It started with a free audit , then some intialy changes and a few "teething problems"  ( learning new things on my part ) after I engaged properly with them . We have had a couple of further audits ( one of them a "mini audit based on feedback I gave them )  . 
I have felt very "looked after" in getting things up and running which has, in the past been very frustrating - in the past I have made the time to do things but not known what exactly to do .  These guys are very quick to analyse and change tack if need be.

I think what "grabbed" me first was their knowledge on the whole Google ads space - and they had given this knowledge away on lengthy, detailed videos on Youtube; so I knew that they knew their stuff even before I engaged them for work.  I had paid other companies thousands for this information and even joined recurring group / meetups online to gain this valuable knowledge.
From that point they are very good at getting right to the point and dealing with the most important / fundamental issues without mucking around.
