It started with a free audit , then some intialy changes and a few "teething problems"  ( learning new things on my part ) after I engaged properly with them . We have had a couple of further audits ( one of them a "mini audit based on feedback I gave them )  . 
I have felt very "looked after" in getting things up and running which has, in the past been very frustrating - in the past I have made the time to do things but not known what exactly to do .  These guys are very quick to analyse and change tack if need be.

From that point they are very good at getting right to the point and dealing with the most important / fundamental issues without mucking around.
