GritHr stepped in and immediately dove in and fixed our Unemployment Insurance inconsistencies, and Worker's Compensation insurance. And they were available (virtually) 24/7 to address random HR issues like vacations, terminations, hiring, and PTO.

GritHR brought clarity in all matters of recruiting, helping manage JazzHR, helping navigate the change in insurance coverage and integrating that with Gusto. She also managed all of our contract revisions and advised us on hiring/firing. GritHR has done a great job!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicate and well and effectively via email and occasionally over the phone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

GritHR breadth of knowledge, flexibility to work with our specific context. She pushes when needed and pulls back when appropriate.

We have been able to reduce our turnover, mediate benefits issues quickly, and offer our employees access to someone with technical HR training.

We communicate at least twice a week during scheduled check-ins and ad hoc depending on circumstances.

Their dedication to high-quality service and process improvement.

Because they are hands down the BEST! Way more affordable than some of the other competitors out there, with a larger line up of offerings and a uniquely flexible approach.

They've listened to my business goals and have guided me on how/when/who to prioritize hiring first. They also give me advice on random things that come up as needed (trademark issues, legality of hiring in other countries, etc.) - just the best support team ever
