I selected the firm because of Shannon's breadth of knowledge and care in meeting our needs.

Shannon manages our entire HR program, including onboarding/offboarding, recruiting, and providing guidance any HR related matter for our company.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

GritHR brought clarity in all matters of recruiting, helping manage JazzHR, helping navigate the change in insurance coverage and integrating that with Gusto. She also managed all of our contract revisions and advised us on hiring/firing. GritHR has done a great job!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicate and well and effectively via email and occasionally over the phone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

GritHR breadth of knowledge, flexibility to work with our specific context. She pushes when needed and pulls back when appropriate.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No! They're doing a great job and grateful for GritHR!

From general networking to digital backups and cloud computing, we design IT solutions that provide our clients a competitive edge. I serve as our Chief of Staff, ensuring all employees are supported and projects move forward in an appropriate manner.

We considered a few separate firms for fractional HR services but selected GritHR because of their reputation for high-quality service.

One of their staff members serves as our internal HR resources handling all things hiring, benefits, conflict, etc.

We have been able to reduce our turnover, mediate benefits issues quickly, and offer our employees access to someone with technical HR training.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicate at least twice a week during scheduled check-ins and ad hoc depending on circumstances.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their dedication to high-quality service and process improvement.

I retained Grit for general advising/consulting on a few different things when I started my businesses. Shannon at GritHR is the absolute BEST. She's responsive, knowledgeable, fun and easy to work with, and a powerhouse anyone would be lucky to have in their tool belt!

Because they are hands down the BEST! Way more affordable than some of the other competitors out there, with a larger line up of offerings and a uniquely flexible approach.

They've listened to my business goals and have guided me on how/when/who to prioritize hiring first. They also give me advice on random things that come up as needed (trademark issues, legality of hiring in other countries, etc.) - just the best support team ever
