Co-organise The Nature of things exhibition at LKCNHM. Contributions from Greydient Lab includes:

• Web development, including UX/UI
• Online store platform for sales of selected exhibits 
• Promotion of exhibition and products on sale
• Passion and networks to share the event!!

DIC contributions:

• Provide all exhibits
• Identity design, key visuals and marketing materials 
• Exhibition catalog design
• Printing of project display materials
• Logistics - set up, moving, etc

LKCNHM:

• Venue sponsorship 
• Exhibition fabrication & setup
• Printing of exhibition catalog
• Opening event set up - Stage, seatings, space planning, etc.

Yes, everything was managed well and delivered on time. The team is professional, passionate about their work, consistently following up, eager to push boundaries, and committed to delivering on time.​ They were also flexible and able to suggest workarounds for requests, which we really appreciate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their mix of multicultural teams was interesting; it brought different perspectives to the table. Seamless teamwork and coordination across countries are also some of the best!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Greydient Lab could have done differently?

Greydient lab may consider more structured guidance provided to student intern (Leon) during web development would be preferred. As student is still learning the ropes to be a designer and project manager, more hand holding and structured learning can come in play to provide better guidance. Other than that, all is good!!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Website was designed and built within the specified timeline and agreed budget, and the result exceeded our expectations. All required features of the website were built and enabled, with additional features prepared for later utilisation.

The team was highly professional and helpful throughout the process. They were responsive to our requests and suggestions, and were very thorough in terms of project management, keeping all of us on track with a clearly defined timeline of actions and deliverables, so that we all knew what we needed to do, by when, in order to keep the project on track. 

This was an agile timeline, which Greydient managed carefully, in response to changes in the brief and design that came about as a result of wider stakeholder requests. They managed the project extremely well and with excellent customer service throughout. The project was completed within the specified timeline, despite factors beyond our control forcing additional work to be undertaken and revisions to be made along the way.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Greydient were an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. They went above and beyond to ensure that our website truly reflected our brand, and would resonate with our audiences. They brought true passion and expertise to the project, and created some stunning unique visuals for us, which we could not have envisaged without them. They were highly professional, expert, and agile. Just as importantly, they were friendly, positive and engaging, which helped the co-design process flourish.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Greydient Lab could have done differently?

I cannot fault the Greydient team. In our interactions with them, they were professional and helpful at all times, and delivered more than we had expected, with a moderate budget and a short timeline. Even beyond completion of the project, they stand out by staying in touch, proactively sharing with us useful suggestions and championing us to others.

With the benefit of more time, we would have worked with Greydient Lab to dedicate more time to adapt to evolving design trends and emerging technologies. We can see the agency is continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the industry, which is essential in the ever-changing world of design. However, due to tight execution timelines, we enjoyed just some of the benefits in this area.
