We needed someone to help us redesign our website.

Greenflag media is our primary web design, development, and digital marketing services provider. We started by discussing our current website and marketing strategies, and they’ve helped us come up with concepts through consultative insight.

Moreover, they also create marketing brochures for the organization, and manage our social media accounts, such as Facebook and Instagram.

My main point of contact is the executive director.

Our ongoing partnership started in August 2022.

I needed help with new branding and new website to help bring in new customers online and make more professional

I was referred by another web designer after contacting them first and they could not meet my budget

We had an inital consultation to review what I was looking for and then Greenflag Media provided me with a quote. We had several meetings to align on the goals and I was delivered a new website, new logo and branding, training on how to update site in the future and a new domain.

I worked with the owner and a member of his design team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It was just completed so I do not have any details yet, but the site is 10 times better than my previous one.

We had biweekly video meetings and he shared progress with screenshares and also sent me a video for input needed.

I was impressed with their ability to help me understand what happens behind the scenes and their responsiveness.

Our website was created via Squarespace by staff that did not have the experience of designing a website. The Greenflag team developed, designed and trained us on a new website.

Greenflag media was hired to create a website where I would have the ability to provide expertise through a blog-like venue.

The quality of his past work was outstanding. I wanted to contract Greenflag media for this task because the skill and professionalism really shines through in all of their work.

Greenflag Media quickly and effectively executed my wishes to the fullest extent possible.

I had direct contact with the founder of the company, who was very easy to reach and resolved any questions or concerns either on the spot, or within the next 2 business days.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave me a very good website that is easy to update.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

More written instructions on setting up the website would be the only improvement I would suggest, in passing the torch from the developer to the clientele.
