Their project management was excellent. They consistently delivered items on time and were proactive in keeping us updated on the progress. Whenever we had specific needs or changes, their team was highly responsive and accommodating. 
They made sure to understand our requirements thoroughly and addressed them promptly, ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the project. Overall, their communication and whole team made the entire process efficient and stress-free.

What impressed me most about this company was its deep understanding of our needs and its ability to provide tailored solutions. Its expertise in the field stood out, along with its commitment to delivering high-quality work. 
They also demonstrated a unique balance between technical skill and creativity, making their approach effective and innovative. Additionally, their customer-centric attitude and willingness to go the extra mile set them apart.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Graypple could have done differently?

While the overall experience was very positive, one area for improvement could be more frequent progress updates without us having to ask. 
Although the work was delivered on time, regular check-ins or brief status reports would have enhanced communication even further. That said, their responsiveness and ability to meet deadlines made up for it, and this is a minor suggestion for an otherwise smooth process.
