We have our project completed and deployed. It did got delayed a bit but overall it has been worked well.

It was delayed. They responded quite well on our needs.

Their coordination and communication were very effective. On top of that, they were one step ahead on our needs in finding risks/gaps.

They need to improve on code quality and cloud infrastructure setup.

I am the product manager at a website company that builds websites for martial arts schools.

For what projects/services did your company hire Grayphite, and what were your goals?

We were a startup that needed to create a new website system to build and scale websites quickly. We started out small and continued to build into the robust system we are using today.

How did you select Grayphite and what were the deciding factors?

We found them through another online service advertising web development services. We wanted a team that was prepared to solve problems and also follow strong requirements.

We would discuss long term goals for what we will do some day and then worked on the intermediate steps taken to get to our end goal. We usually provided the requirements and wireframes and then worked with the Graphyte team to help us with the technical requirements needed for each project.

How many people from the Grayphite  team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Our team worked with 3 primary developers on the team with one person serving as the engineering lead.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the website, we grew to have over 200 new clients in about 2 years even during COVID. Our system added all of the test coverage needed to make sure that we had a stable system and we continued to build

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We would meet with the engineering lead 2-3 times per week and frequently communicated via slack throughout the week. We would also use monday.com to manage some of the specific tasks to be completed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This team is able to collaborate well with us to solve some of our business problems and challenges. They also worked at a great speed and delivered everything as promised.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

WIth some of our newer features we had some minor bugs but they were resolved very quickly as soon as the team was notified.

We were having problems with sending and receiving sms' through our crm. We hired Grayphite to fix the issue. It needed an upgrade which required overhauling all the apps and the system.

They did not deliver on time, but their team always responded to our needs. I believe that not delivering on time was out of their control.

Their responsiveness was highly impressive.

There was nothing they needed to improve on.
