concern over cyber security and also network management

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Todd showed me where we were not secure and how to manage our shortfalls.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We had numerous problems with how employees were accessing data and how that data was secure. We had email short comings that were fixed. Todd started by working on each computer to make sure they were running appropriate software and helped migrate some email servers as well.

We worked directly with Todd Crane

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As someone who works in the insurance industry we are accustomed to providing a service that provides our clients with a sense of security and well being. I received a sense of security in my business after being helped by Simeon Networks.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

getting my team onboard was very easy. Todd worked with my employees and their issues direct without having to have me manage every step.

Response. When you have a question or need a response it's almost immediate.
