The design of our landing page that Graveflex created had to: 

• clearly define our goods and services -quickly explain our "why?" 
• demonstrate the breadth of our offerings, including that our offerings are customizable and brandable 
• make clear how to work with us -encourage people to contact us and not be frustrated by not being able to immediately buy online 

In addition, we were looking for a demonstration of our professionalism and high quality while not sacrificing the "heart" of our mission which is to provide dignified work to underserved communities. In the end, they provided a design of our landing page and sub pages that accomplish the above goals and more. Perhaps the most important element was their ability to make the user experience of contact us before buying to be natural and 'special' rather than cumbersome or unclear.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are soon to go live on our site so as yet cannot provide measurement results. But we expect an immediate impact on number of click-throughs, length of time on our site, and direct inquiries made.

We could not speak more highly for the project management of the Graveflex team. They delivered as projected, on time, and always exceeded expectations. Whenever we provided feedback and asked for modifications, they always took our feedback and came back to exceed expectations. They never tried to talk us out of our ideas but always walked us through the impact of our choices and did their utmost to see and explore our messaging. 

Their responsiveness was always immediate and clear and we met regularly and as needed. We can't say enough for their communications or overall capabilities and professionalism.

We were in search of an expert partner to assist us in developing an EdTech platform that would enable us to scale our programming as a nonprofit organization. Thankfully, they came on board and exceeded our expectations. Not only did they develop and thoroughly test the platform, but they also ensured that we remained on track for a speedy fall launch. Their dedication, expertise, and commitment to our mission were instrumental in making this project a success. We are immensely grateful for their partnership and look forward to continuing our collaboration in the future.

During the fall launch, we experienced an unprecedented level of success with our new platform. Remarkably, we had zero users reaching out to the help section for any technical issues—an almost unheard-of achievement for a new platform. This seamless user experience speaks volumes about the meticulous development and testing conducted by our expert partners. 
Moreover, their innovative solutions and user-centric approach enabled us to expand our reach by an astounding 300X. As a result, we've been able to significantly amplify our impact and fulfill our mission of supporting the digital flourishing of youth on an unprecedented scale.

The project management demonstrated by our partners surpassed any agency I've worked with across all sectors in recent memory.
