The challenge was to create a website for an innovative idea in the gift industry, innovative and therefore different from all others. The e-commerce store designed and created from scratch with record time fully met these expectations.

The cooperation began with a friend's recommendation. I trusted him. The first contact with the Grafit Agency convinced me that it is a good choice. I also trusted my business intuition and was not disappointed with it.

At the beginning we discussed the project together. Grafit wanted to know my expectations well. Already at this stage, he proposed paths that later turned out to be needed or even necessary.

For example, the choice of WordPress as a sales platform, suggestions regarding the optimal choice of partners for cooperation (payments, courier companies), and other impressions.

I had one permanent interlocutor who was perfectly familiar with the specifics of the project. Agreed changes or proposals were implemented immediately.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The e-commerce project was created in record time, it was practically ready in a month. A fully functional store, with a beautiful and original graphic design, fully integrated with payment systems and courier.

Daily contact, quick questions and answers, content and professionalism. Many things that seemed impossible to get over to me became simple and trivial after Graphite led me by the hand through many important aspects of e-commerce.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Innovation, out-of-the-box thinking, quick reaction, patience and always proposing several solutions, constant contact with the client and - most importantly - listening to the client and his expectations. Throughout the cooperation, I had the feeling that I was in good hands. In this way, they gained my full trust.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think that for young people they already have incredibly rich experience, sense and intuition, and a very pro-customer attitude. They will get even better with time, though it's hard to imagine.

What we found most impressive about Grafit Agency is their great understanding of preparing good UX & UI based on our previously prepared Branding. Their team took our visual identity and created a website that was not only visually appealing but also user-friendly and functional.

I am the initiator and founder of a new healthcare industry education project.

My business is a startup, therefor in partnership with Grafit Agency I was looking for a total, integrated support in setting up a website, product development, design of brand identity, dialogue with the customer and many other elements. We basically just created everything together from scratch.

I simply knew one of the guys and I knew also that he is engaged in graphic design.

After an initial brief presentation of the brand concept, I received two offers covering the elements that Grafit Agency could offer me. I decided on the more elaborate one - covering, in addition to the website, all of the branding, corporate identity and product development assistance. At the beginning, we had several introduction meetings to discuss the concept and philosophy of the brand, as well as a plan for future possible development. We determined what steps would be taken one by one.

During the following meetings, we consulted on the content for the website, as well as its various elements. A total of 3 meetings were held with familiar graphic designers, during which a visual identity was developed for us.

Then the work on our website began, all the time I had access to the project in figma. Wrap-up consultations were usually held once a week, but we were also in constant contact, in case of any doubts. In the final stages, we validated together the look and feel of our materials, implemented the store and licensed products for clients. I received detailed tutorials on how to use the website, as well as e-commerce functionalities.

I worked with 3 mambers of the Grafit team: project manager and two web developers. We also collaborated with two designers from a partner branding agency.

I have received nothing but positive feedback from every person who visits the website or reads my educational materials.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Cooperation went on in a very friendly atmosphere, I could count on systematic updates, as well as answers to any question or concern at any time. I felt incredibly taken care of at all times and had a sense of security. The project manager is just the best and you can always count on him, and the guys do their work as thoroughly as possible, and on top of that quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Considering my very minimal knowledge of website development, customer communication, and digital products in general, I initially felt a bit overwhelmed. I was amazed at how enormous sense of security I had throughout the collaboration. The guys' huge knowledge and passion for technology was evident at any turn. I was surprised by more and more new solutions and ideas, where you could see how up to date the guys were with the latest developments in the industry.

The most important to me, as well as most distinguishing atribute of Grafit Agency is the fact that they provided me with assistance in every detail of planning and implementing my project. Their comprehensive approach was extremely impressive. All the time I had the feeling that they were involved in the project as much as I was, that we were working towards a mutual result, which we care about equally.

Creating UX and UI apps are very important aspects, that’s why we put great emphasis on making the MVP of our app close to perfection, pleasant to use and distinguished from the competition.

The design process of our app is composed of several stages. The first step was the selection of typography, colors, and logo. Then we started designing the mobile screens and desktop version of the app. Finally, we prepared mockups for the App Store and graphics for our social media.

We worked with a project manager, who helped with the project management and the pitch deck research and analytics. The second person from the team is a product designer who designed our ideas in a beautiful form in Figma.

Efficient cooperation with Grafit Agency has resulted in a final pitch deck and an application prototype ready to be implemented by the software house. This application presented itself perfectly and exceeded all of our expectations.

We started by writing down our needs and wants and preparing by preparing a work schedule. There were a lot of changes during the design process, so we didn't set a deadline. We worked in sprints. We discussed the results weekly, either through google meets or on-site in the office.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Grafit team was great to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone who is considering a mobile app development project. The team demonstrated a high level of understanding of our needs, as well as extra help we did not expect to receive - consulting, analysis. The Grafit team knows how to design good applications, starting with understanding the startup's business model.

To be honest there’s nothing additional I could say. wh would it be wron to do it in fromnt of all of the people and deadline is for the peak of the entity of the goods exchagned by the goverment

The Virtuosa Foundation is carrying out projects combining the virtuosity of excellent architects, designers, classical music stars with good-hearted people from the business world. The aesthetics and standard of interiors for children and adolescents have a huge impact on their psychological comfort, and the changes we will make together will remain for years.

Our foundation needed an agency, which would be willing to design and implement a website in a very short time, from the ground up. We wanted our website to be our virtual business card, to represent our foundation, bring people closer to our mission, its goal and present our partners.

We had already worked together with some of Grafit’s team members on a few charity projects in the past. We posted an announcement on Linkedin that we were looking for someone to create a website for us. Grafit reached out to us, among many others firms. We decided to go with Grafit, having considered their perfectly suitable offer (which included a very short implementation time) and a great portfolio.

We didn’t have much content to put on our website, so the most significant part for us was presenting our Foundation in an appealing way. Grafit adapted to the conditions and by including very neat and smart animations made the content appear much more lively. Moreover, they provided us with the ability to easily add new, future content with a template made by them especially for our needs. Grafit also prepared the website in two language versions.

We were in touch with the project manager. He coordinated all the work and passed all information to two others team members - the web developer and the web designer.

The incredible thing about the collaboration is that the website was delivered to us in only five days. These were tough demands on our part, but Grafit managed with it without any problems. It was clear to us that they got engaged in our mission and really put all of their effort to help our Foundation. Grafit included everything we needed on the website. Now we can delightedly inform people about our Foundation’s great initiatives.

It is pretty obvious that it seemed unlikely that any team would consider doing this work in only five days. Grafit Agency’s contribution to our foundation was a very valuable support in spreading our mission. We definitely felt the modern and expert approach of the team and their agile work style.

I own a luxury and sports car rental located in Warsaw. We rent cars for the long and short term. We have many vehicles available in our offer and what distinguishes us from similar companies is that we can deliver our car to the client in only a few hours.

We are a new company, so we needed an entirely new website to advertise ourselves and manage rentals online. We required the website to be simple in use not only for our clients but also us because we need to regularly add new cars to our offer. We also wanted to make it easy for our clients to contact us, so we asked Grafit to highlight our email contact, phone number, and a contact form.

Grafit delivered the website using WordPress, including an intuitive dashboard for editing existing content and adding new cars to the offer. They selected fonts and colours for the website to match our company’s character and catch the user's eye. We were exceptionally delighted with how they played with the visuals to introduce the renting process as really accessible and straightforward. The contact form also stands out, just as we asked for.

We were delighted with Grafit’s work etiquette, and the whole process was actually pleasant. There were no time-related issues.
