I was the former CCO of Dream Harvest - a sustainable indoor vertical farm. We grow fresh, local produce using minimal water, no pesticides, and efficient, eco-friendly methods.

What challenge were you trying to address with Good Stuff Partners?

We needed to create an entire brand playbook. We also needed help communicating our brand’s DNA, building a website, designing packaging, and reimagining our social media strategy.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Good Stuff Partners helped us create a brand playbook, a website, and a social media strategy. The team also helped us with packaging design. We worked through the entire funnel, focusing on our brand’s reason for being and how we tell our story.

What is the team composition?

We worked with more than five teammates from Good Stuff Partners, including an external consultant.

How did you come to work with Good Stuff Partners?

I canvassed my network of marketing leaders and asked them for the top two creative and brand marketing agencies. I was looking for a niche service that could serve the 'BFYBFP' space. One of my candidates brought Good Stuff Partners to the table, so I reached out to them directly based on their recommendation.

I chose Good Stuff Partners because I felt their mission aligned very well with ours. I also deeply appreciated the direct and thoughtful pitch they created during our first engagement. It was obvious that they wanted to spend more time asking questions and understanding us so they could use their expertise to deliver the best results. This was a unique approach I hadn’t heard from others I’d spoken to.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from July 2021 to April 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Good Stuff Partners significantly improved our brand awareness. We also saw higher traffic to our website and greater engagement from investors and customers. We received high praise from external customers, our primary investor, incoming investors, and our founder.

Moreover, we won praise and media coverage for our packaging design from a reputable magazine focused on sustainability.

How did Good Stuff Partners perform from a project management standpoint?

We had regular check-ins with a project manager. Although we didn’t always deliver every aspect on time, we ultimately met every deadline.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I loved that Good Stuff are deeply rooted and conscious decisions to focus on elevating the good companies are doing in the world and in our communities. The team had a unique approach to creative design, which helped us reimagine what was possible with our brand.

Good Stuff was tasks with building out a two page overview of our work. That included the visual design, clarifying the messaging, building wireframes, editing text and completing multiple rounds of feedback.

We were looking for a partner that was able to shepherd us through the pipeline and push back and contextualize our asks when they weren't practical. We gave feedback on this and they were receptive. We are looking forward to working with them again in the near future
