Good process, appreciated the use of Framer, took feedback on rapidly without any defensiveness to move the brand forward and align it to our goals.

While the website and branding are great, and we got there in the end. The migration process for the website to get it live was a bit sub-par compared to the rest of their work. There were lots of basic issues and a lack of attention to detail i.e. placeholder text not being replaced, submission forms not working, redundant pages being left in etc. A basic checklist would be a good addition to their project management to ensure this doesn't happen in future

We gave the team a simple but focused brief: bring Meshed to life. We had a name that our CEO was set on, so they had to work within that framework. The challenge was reimagining a very traditional, legacy industry: insurance broking. And creating a modern, fresh brand that reflected our AI-driven approach.

The scope of work included:

 • Developing a new logo and brand identity

 • Defining our tone of voice and brand colours

 • Designing and building a new website

 • Creating a distinct look and feel that positioned us as forward-thinking and tech-led.

They helped us shape a brand that feels modern, clean, and sharp. It was exactly what we needed to stand out in a dated industry.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

While brand design can be hard to measure in traditional metrics, the success of this project is clear to us in a few key ways. As a team, we are genuinely thrilled with the end result – the brand feels clean, modern, and aligned with our vision. That’s not easy to achieve, especially in a legacy industry like insurance broking.

All three founders are completely aligned and proud of what’s been produced, which is no small feat. We now have a brand that we’re excited to put in front of customers, investors, and partners – one that clearly reflects who we are and where we’re headed. That internal alignment and confidence has already made a huge difference as we move forward.

Project management was really solid. We used Basecamp, which made it easy to manage everything in one place – different threads for each section, quick uploads for images and links, and a simple way to track progress. Delivery was always smooth. We’d receive the materials with a Loom video walkthrough, which was great. It let us review everything async and made it easy to share with the other founders without needing extra meetings.We also had regular virtual catch-ups to talk through things in more detail, plus the odd quick message on LinkedIn if something needed tweaking. Overall, they were responsive, organised, and easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out to me was their style – it aligned with how we wanted to approach things. They’ve got a real attention to detail and a way of tying everything together so the brand feels cohesive across the board, which was hugely important for us. 

I actually came across them back in 2022 and have wanted to work with them ever since, so finally being able to do that and seeing the end result has been brilliant.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Good Habit could have done differently?

Honestly, I don’t think there’s anything I’d flag for improvement. We crammed a lot into a short space of time, and while we did extend the project by a week, everything was managed well. The only thing I’d note is that if we’d been tighter on budget, that extension might have been a challenge for us. Luckily, we had some flexibility, but if we hadn’t, that could have been tricky. Aside from that, it all ran smoothly.

It was a 3-week sprint, and they delivered quality at every stage. They consistently sent deliverables over for review on time, kept us in the loop with clear updates, and made sure we knew what was coming next. Whenever we had feedback, they were quick to schedule virtual meetings to fully understand our thoughts and refine the work.

Words fall short when I think about how amazing my experience with Good Habit Studio was. When I first approached them, I already had a solid idea of what I wanted, but they challenged me thoughtfully, smartly, and in a way that made me see things differently. Their creativity elevated Clear's identity into something so much more impactful than I had imagined.

What really blew my mind was how they tied everything together comparing weather to emotions, which became the foundation of Clear's branding. It just made sense, and it is still one of the most powerful aspects of our brand today.

Even though we were a bootstrapped company and hesitant about investing in design, they worked with us on budget options and made it possible. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions we ever made.

I’m the group director of a construction company specializing in groundworks and landscaping.

What challenge were you trying to address with Good Habit?

We needed to redesign and rebuild our company website to better represent our three divisions: groundworks, landscape construction, and landscape maintenance. 
Our goal was to have a clean, modern, and easy-to-navigate site that clearly communicated our services, showcased our portfolio, and helped us attract both commercial clients and high-end residential projects. We also wanted a platform that would strengthen our brand identity and make it easy for potential clients to get in touch.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Good Habit handled the full design and development of our new company website from start to finish. This included strategy workshops to understand our business and services, creating a modern design aligned with our brand identity, and building out pages for each of our core divisions. 
They also produced copy, optimized the site for SEO, and integrated contact forms and inquiry tracking. The final deliverable was a fast, user-friendly, and professional website that truly reflects who we are as a business.

It’s also made a big difference in our brand credibility — it now truly reflects the scale and quality of our work across groundworks, landscaping, and maintenance. Overall, it’s helped us convert more leads and strengthened our online presence significantly.
