We worked to develop the brand including our logo, color palette and typography. We received assets to keep and use commercially. We also worked to develop a mobile friendly eCommerce website including fast checkout options, abandon cart recovery, product reviews and custom emails sent with order updates. Lastly they worked to help us develop and design print collateral including our shipping boxes, shopping bags end even custom ribbon to create our luxury experience.

Increase in unique website visitors, and website sessions, and social media impressions increased across our networks.

Great communication. It did take an extra follow-up or two throughout the process where we inquiries about status but they responded quickly to all of our inquiries within a day.
