I’m the CEO of a home nursing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with GoInvo?

We needed to develop a web application.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Golnvo is responsible for UX/UI design and development for the web app that we need. They did everything from scratch to come up with an MVP.

What is the team composition?

They have a small group of about 3–4 people, including programmers, project managers, and designers.

How did you come to work with GoInvo?

I’d been following their company for a long time because they designed great products for other industries. I reached out to them and ask them if they’d take my project and simplify it. They had experience in the health care development side, and even though they were too busy, they contacted me to help on this project.

How much have you invested with them?

Their work comes at about $300,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement started in May 2020, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of the concepts and changes to the website were excellent. They fixed any issues related to the front and backend.

How did GoInvo perform from a project management standpoint?

They had their internal project management tool but held weekly meetings with us to guide us through the process. They set up realistic goals and met them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their UX/UI designs and engineering are most impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have anything they could improve. They accomplished too much too quickly.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They’re a small but highly efficient team.
