Key deliverables included refreshing the website’s visual design to reflect our premium brand, restructuring navigation and collections, and improving product pages with clearer information and stronger calls to action.
The work also included updating our Business Solutions pages to help visitors find services relevant to their sector and improving the browsing and purchasing journey across desktop and mobile. The overall aim was to create a modern, easy to navigate website that helps customers understand our offering, explore relevant products and make purchases or submit enquiries.

I’m the CEO of Cup of Coa Inc., a consumer products and services company. We craft an intentional hot cocoa experience that simplifies premium beverage preparation with a four-flavor collection to specialty cafés, boutique retail, and direct consumers through both bulk and retail packaging.

We needed to completely redesign our website to seamlessly fit into Shopify. We didn’t want a template; we wanted a high-end premium experience.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We needed a completely new site and had never offered e-commerce, so everything was new. This is our first year with customer engagement and sales. The site is beautiful, and we’ve had little need to reach back out and make any changes.

GoInteger delivered on time. We had good communication once the project really got going. Our primary forms of communication were virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

I liked having a whole team and being able to see the project before it went live.

Throughout our experience, we encountered situations where gender appeared to influence how our input and recommendations were received. We ultimately found it necessary to designate a male colleague as our primary communicator to ensure our feedback was given appropriate consideration.

Honestly, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, creativity and skills. We had direct communication, worked through every design edit and even helped with subscription changes.
