We hired GOGOmedia to design UI for tutlo.pl. We wanted a proven, reliable agency that has been on the market for years.

We were looking for companies that have professional experience in UX/UI design workshops. We wanted to play an active role in the creation proccess. The choice of GOGOmedia was also determined by the fact that the company was able to respond quickly and precisely to our expectations and present an action plan for Tutlo. Efficient processing of the contract and formalities, as well as professional communication with the sales manager convinced us to cooperate.

GOGOmedia prepared a series of workshops for us. They used Figma and Miro to deliver the project. Specialists from GOGOmedia began their work by analyzing our Hotjar statistics as well as Tutlo’s strategy and communication. During the first workshops, a customer's journey was developed. GOGOmedia prepared wireframe mockups, which were then discussed at the next workshop. The end result was the preparation of two UIs (desktop and mobile), of which we chose one.

We worked with 3 people - Natalia (Project Manager), Agata (UX Designer) and Łukasz (UX Designer). Additionally, we had an opportunity to consult technological questions with GOGOmedia's front-end developers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

GOGOmedia implemented the project for us step by step, in accordance with the points described in the contract. Everything was clear during the implementation stage. We are satisfied with the results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our communication was effective and professional. Since the beginning of the project, we received new materials after each round of meetings. Communication was conducted via email and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

At GOGOmedia, we had the opportunity to work with two UX/UI designers at the same time, which made us feel taken care of. We liked the fact that GOGOmedia specialists was open to our insights on an ongoing basis and thoroughly analyzed Tutlo as a brand to prepare the best product possible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We did not have any problems cooperating with each other.

I found information about GOGOmedia on the Internet - on the forum dedicated to the IT industry on Facebook. I was looking for a Software House in Warsaw. We wanted an experienced team. We requested quotes from several agencies. GOGOmedia met all of our testing parameters and came in with the best price. GOGOmedia had the solution that was most fitting for our needs.

We had a kick off meeting with Jakub, our Project Manager. Once our timelines and deliverables were clear, the team has always done a great job on estimating timelines. The team used mostly Wordpress ACF, Vue.js and JS for their web development.

We’re working with 6 people, including 3 developers, Martyna (Tester), Jakub (Project Manager) and a few others depending on our needs like administrator. Moreover, CTO (Artur) suggested good solutions.

Their flexibility is outstanding. We don’t always get that with agencies. I’m really impressed by how much they care about clients. They understand what we want to achieve and go above and beyond to ensure that we’re successful. We’ve found a true partner in GOGOmedia. They care about our success as much as we do.

They’ve been excellent in project managing. We’ve learned to communicate with them effectively. In terms of communication, we communicated via Slack which works great for tight deadlines. We had Jira for project management

GOGOmedia has a robust team. Their developers are experienced and passionate about their work. GOGOmedia isn’t just there to complete a task, they built product with us. You can see from their behavior and attitude that they want to create something high-quality for the client.

We had no problems with communication, we knew at any time what stage the project was at. We have nothing to complain about.

We decided to develop a new version of flawless.pl online store, so we invited GOGOmedia to perform this task. The team from GOGOmedia, after a short analysis of our needs, presented a plan to optimize the website's infrastructure. They showed us the planned course of database import from the old site to the new one. This was followed by the launch of the new version of the store.

I found GOGOmedia through an acquaintance of mine. Several other companies have pitched their offers and we reviewed their pricing but GOGOmedia came to the top during the elimination. They met our financial and technological expectations.

The order of work and results was set and the team kept to the schedule. The team mainly used Wordpress ACF, woocommerce and vue.js to create the website. From the very first meeting, we were led by Jakub as a Project Manager.

5 people worked with us: three developers, one tester, our Project Manager Jakub. Additionally, we cooperated with administrators and CTO.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

You will not hear from GOGOmedia that "something is impossible". GOGOmedia reorganized website technology, then expanded it with the guidelines indicated by us. It is true that they are flexible and pay great attention to treating the customer well. Currently, GOGO maintains the website and looks after the project. They treat the client's success as their own and you can see that it is a lot of fun for them.

They prepared the schedule well, so they did not get lost in the sequence of work. We used Slack for communication and Jira for project management. We have learned to communicate effectively with them. When it comes to communication, we communicated through Slack which works great for tight deadlines. We had Jira for project management.

They like their job and it shows in communication with them. They produced quality work and delivered on time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We can admit that no mishap happened. Everything went smoothly.

The team from GOGOmedia joined our ranks when we needed support in creating our internal system with the working name "Checly". We partially realized the project without outside support. We used GOGOmedia's services in the team Extension model, as we needed support and expansion of our team. Our goal was to complete the tool quickly, and the developers from GOGOmedia already had experience in this area.

We chose the supplier based on the recommendation of one of the friendly companies. In the next stage, we conducted talks with carefully selected companies (from the shortlist), and it was GOGOmedia that provided us with programmers in the shortest possible time and with the expected competencies.

GOGOmedia programmers worked in the Team Extension model, they supported our team. They helped us speed up the build process and finish the work very quickly. The goal was to release the MVP. We used React and PHP (Symfony Framework) technologies.

Depending on the month and our needs, we took 2 or three programmers in the full-time dimension to our team. One React Developer and one or two PHP Symfony Developer.

It's hard to say. GOGOmedia developers have been a strong support for our team. Their suggestions and hints helped us plan each next step wisely. We had a sense of order and we knew where we were at and what the next move was. All sprints were delivered on time.

Hard to say. Reliable programmers who have done their job well.

I have not received any objections from my team regarding the work done by the GOGOmedia team. Therefore, I have no comments.

We were looking for a company that would offer us talented programmers as soon as possible. We didn't have much time to do an extensive search. We gave GOGOmedia a chance, and they provided us with reliable developers. Since they proved themselves, we are still working with them today.

We cooperated with GOGOmedia in the Body Leasing model. We settled on a Time & Material basis. Our employees were responsible for the entire management of the project and its scope. The developers of GOGOmedia have easily adapted to our organization and work style. The project scope was not approved with the GOGOmedia team, but with our entire team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

GOGOmedia programmers were only a support of our internal, bigger team. They helped us shorten the time to deliver a solution that we were building ourselves. The most important thing we can say about them is that they kept the declared deadlines.

We worked in the Body Leasing model (team extension). The working style and tools were imposed by us and the GOGOmedia programmers adapted to it.

Very high flexibility and availability of programming resources as well as substantive knowledge in the field of accounting, finance and management of various companies, e.g. catering. They provided us with the necessary competences in a short time.

In the model in which we work, we do not see any problems that we could report.

I am one of the owners of Grand Ascot Hotel – a 4-star boutique hotel located in the center of Krakow, Poland.

We had very short timelines and needed the project to be delivered quickly, and to our specifications. Despite sometimes a bumpy ride, with some challenges along the way, we were able to achieve our goal and launched the site in a timely manner.

We appreciate having a PM assigned to all projects, quick communication (both via email and the support platform) and responsiveness to our needs.

Initially, we had some challenges with communication and quality assurance, but things have improved greatly over time.

They listened all requirements and came back to us with bunch of solutions and recommendations. For the latest collaboration, we created a sophisticated e-commerce store which was designer according to the newest trends and most up-to-date solutions. We wanted astonishing User Interface and User Experience across platform with rock-solid backend architecture. We were very pleased and impressed with all our cooperations. The backend team has a high-level understanding of complex concepts with the best solutions and the frontend team has always provided the designs with impressive UI and UX insights.

GOGOmedia has really good development practices and clear line communication so we always stay in the loop with all communication that takes place. The project was delivered on time and as I mentioned before I was pleased by the effects of our collaboration, which was transparent and detail-oriented.

The whole communication were nicely organized. We used Slack channel and JIRA. We could send any comments/tasks to the right thread in JIRA by dedicated user which was created for us. We worked in 2-week sprints.

Depth knowledge of advanced and latest technologies, project management and detail-oriented practices. They delivered product on time and they were like a partner, who really cares about the project and cost optimization. They recommended us solutions, which we could have easily implemented to don’t burn up time and money.

I don’t think that they need any improvements. We were pleased for collaboration

We hired GOGOmedia for the implementation of the new T-Mobile Polska website (biznes.t-mobile.pl). We needed a proven team of front-end developers to implement a new website based on the prepared UI projects. We had little time and GOGOmedia promised to finish the task quickly. And so it was.

We worked with GOGOmedia on the implementation of previous projects. The team quickly showed that they were fit for the task. They worked efficiently and we had a great conversation with them. We needed a reliable partner and fortunately we got one.

The most important goal was to deliver such a large project in a short time and launch it productively. The goal was achieved as planned. Importantly, sometimes the team worked 7 days a week to meet the deadline.

The project was carried out in the Agile Scrum methodology, we used the Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence and Slack systems on a daily basis. Code review was performed as part of BitBucket.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were most impressed by the high flexibility of the team. People from GOGOmedia were ready to face difficult challenges. First of all, they're a team that we can rely on in various situations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Personally, I think that a different project management methodology would be better for implementation, but this is my private opinion and it did not matter in the overall delivery of the contract.

What was the scope of their involvement?

GOGOmedia was responsible for every part of the web app development process — they created the app and UX/UI designs and hosted the app. GOGOmedia hosted a workshop with our team and their team to determine what we needed, asking insightful questions to choose the design path. We requested an aesthetically-pleasing and responsive web app design. Once we finalized the design, GOGOmedia developed the app. Their development team coded the site in PHP, CSS, HTML, and WordPress.

We worked with a product owner, two developers, a QA teammate, and a UX/UI designer. 

How did you come to work with GOGOmedia?

We conducted research and found three companies that provided similar services. GOGOmedia responded quickly to our work query and provided us with case studies and comparable projects they’d done before. When we discussed the project, GOGOmedia’s team demonstrated confidence and knowledge — they were quick, competent, and open to presenting multiple solutions to fit our needs. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked on this project from April–October 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our in-house team of specialists double-checked the code from GOGOmedia and confirmed that it was high-quality and written properly. Our customers and app visitors also gave the final deliverable a high rating. 

How did GOGOmedia perform from a project management standpoint?

GOGOmedia was very transparent about the project — we monitored their work step-by-step in Jira. We communicated with GOGOmedia through email and Slack. They developed the app using agile methodologies, and their developers worked in sprints. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed with GOGOmedia’s mix of design and development capabilities and their communication skills. They responded quickly to our messages and were always prepared for our project discussions. Before starting our partnership, GOGOmedia compiled research into our company to determine what solutions they should recommend. GOGOmedia was very customer-oriented and their team offered solutions to various market scenarios. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I am pleased with GOGOmedia's work, so there is nothing I would change about them. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise customers to be honest about the project with GOGOmedia and ask a lot of questions to better understand the technology they’re using. GOGOmedia is very open to project conversions and will always do their best to recommend the best solution.

We were looking for a company that would manage the process of building a WordPress-based website. We wanted this project to be carried out by experienced developers. We also needed a far-sighted Project Manager who would list and prioritize the Product Backlog. We wanted him to implement the project in accordance with the guidelines.

GOGOmedia was one of the three companies we contacted. What impressed us was that they prepared well for the interview. They did detailed research and provided reliable answers in a short time.

The work was done in 4 months. They used the following technology: PHP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and CMS WordPress. The management tool was JIRA, and in communication, we used the proprietary GOGOmedia system - GOGOsupport.

We created the website by 3 senior developers, a tester (QA) and a Project Manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The code was well written and carefully tested. Our QAs did a double-check, which showed that GOGOmedia did a great job and returned the completed project to us.

All changes and recommendations were discussed and implemented very quickly. We knew what to expect. The project was carried out in accordance with the Agile philosophy. All work is divided into Sprints and carried out in accordance with the Scrum idea. Working time was reported in Tempo (JIRA). The project was managed using Jira.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

GOGOmedia was very customer-oriented. It was clear from the beginning that their developers were highly experienced. In my opinion it’s crucial to achieve results.

Everything was good. We haven’t noticed any areas to improve.
